Many people in here played Alien Isolation? I started it a couple of nights ago and last night I spent about 3+ hours on two missions (Numbers 5 & 6) and man it seems really unfair at times. One time I was literally crouching the entire way and not making a sound almost get to the end of the corridor with a save point on the other side of the door and boom the Xenomorph literally comes out right in front of me within 2 seconds of me being aware of it being near me I think I read this is one of the toughest missions in terms of difficulty spikes in the game. I hope this is true because man if it gets tougher I don’t know if I’ll last to the end I hear it's good.

I mean it actually makes sense since being hunted the whole damn time would have gotten really old really fast but yeah was good Glad I played it and even more glad that I finished it because I genuinely was scared so many times like one time I almost threw my controller at the TV out of fear ha

I think I'm going to get Madden this week. The only thing that kind of sucks about that is I'll probably put the other games I have on my back log on the back burner for a while. But Madden is looking good and I haven't played it in a very long time. 100% original soundtrack this time too, sounding very good. I suggest checking out the Snoop Dogg song "Madden 20," as it's Snoop literally rapping for an entire song about how good he is at playing Madden. Got the game today and yep...soundtrack goes hard. Didn’t get to do much with the game (I tend to always get the games I want to play the most when I don’t have a ton of time...), but I’m excited to invest some time in it when I get the chance.

Played Madden a lot today. I haven't played Madden hardcore since Madden 07. I remember getting it in like...2013 and just not adapting to the new graphics very well. Which is weird because everything was more clear, so shouldn't I have been able to pick things up easier?...of course not. So far, so good with this one, though, haha.
In many ways, the game is still the same. Which I don't mind. But I'm digging the improvements that they've made over the years. I'm excited to play through a whole season in Franchise and make some minor changes to the team. It's my favorite thing to do - trying to keep a franchise going realistically. It's so much easier to do in Madden than any other sports games since there are so few games.

No Mans Sky finally gets VR support tomorrow.
And for the third or fourth time, I’ll be going back to give it a shot. I’m yet to be roped in, but maybe this time.

Snagged Spiderman Digital Deluxe edition for 15 bucks. Damn good deal as I'm enjoying the game a lot thus far.

Once Ive finished Sniper Elite, Im gonna get an RPG. I'm in the mood for something with strong characters and character moments like in Persona 4.
Any recommendations?

Also, its probably the easiest platinum you'll ever get if you want to go for it. Mostly because its just a blast swinging around the city. On my hand, I'm giving Red Dead Redemption 2 a second chance. When the game first came out, I played it for about 10 hours and then gave up on it because of the slow nature of everything, but after watching a few LP videos of it, I can see that the story and the gameplay picks up.

It doesn't necessarily affect your game that much, but J. Jonah Jameson has something unique to say with each different attire that's pretty entertaining, especially the punk rock one.

Normally I'd say Persona 5, but we've got the Royal edition coming next year so it's prob'ly better to wait on that. I've been enjoying Tales of Berseria lately.

Maaaan, it looks real bad on a base PS4’s PSVR. Jagged as all hell up close and blurry/out of focused looking even in the middle-distance. Also got the “VR-sick” feeling minutes into my stint, and I usually have a strong stomach for VR games. Hopefully it looks better on a Pro, because I still think everything about it should work great in VR.

Sony announced they’re acquiring Insomniac Games.
Not super shocking but this is probably their response to Microsoft’s acquisitions.
