Another taping, another return of a veteran mid-carder. And this time it's......Rhyno! Only, it's not a dark match, he's actually fighting in NXT now?!

Honestly, this is awesome. Rhino's deceptively young (he's only, what, 38?) and can still really go. Adding him to the NXT roster after three years of great work in ROH and TNA can only help new talent.

LOVE IT! Dude has a ton of experience as a beast that can only help. Plus with NXT starting to tour and become more than a flashier FCW, guys like him, maybe Bubba Ray, will help out a lot in drawing and developing.

He's one of the very few guys to come out post ECW and pretty much stay consistent. It also helps he's taken long breaks and doesn't do that many shows which a lot more guys should do.

On top of that, if he really was brought in on behalf/partnering with Steen, his character has the distinction of being the same hired gun character with the sane name across all three major North American wrestling federations. Which I love, having that kind of consistency across organizations. Really gives him the vibe of a gun-for-hire mercenary.

What happens if he Gores Bull Dempsey? Will the universe implode because Rhyno collided with Fat Rhyno?

Meh.
Honestly the guy really needed to be in an NXT back in 2001 when the WWF first signed him.

Then deciding you need protection...from another big tough dude. Especially one that can charge into you like a bullet. That's awesome.

I'm a big Rhyno fan and I can't wait what they're gonna do with him. He has plenty of experience to help the roster.
Also, I feel obligated posting this theme whenever I think of Rhyno.
