Orton and Lesnar had a match of the year candidate in 2002 on SmackDown. It might be on YouTube, look it up. It's one of the main reasons I want another Lesnar vs. Orton match. Yea I know that already mentioned. I'm talking Orton as the main eventer he is now having an even match against the beast/ and the icon

That should be a TV match, not a PPV match.

That should be a TV match, not a PPV match. The match between Lesnar/Orton would be great, but feud unless it's both of them playing the mind games role would be kinda dull. Orton and Lesnar are fantastic sellers as well Lesnar being a good bumper would of made the match something to see.

The problem with Orton is that he only works as a heel.
Lesnar would have to be a babyface. I can't see it. Orton is not on Lesnar's level.

I really hope Brock sticks around just for this match. 2 of the best in WWE going at it, RKO out of an F5, German Suplex out of an RKO, both those combined into one spot later in the match. These two could easily put together an all time classic.

I do not care about Orton vs. Rock but I would have really liked to see Orton vs. Brock.

I don't know why but I never think about Randy Orton when it comes to dream matches. Like, never ever. It's weird. I like him and think he's a great wrestler but...never someone I think of in these discussions. Same, typically, but I imagine it might have also been a case of them saying "Well, he's wrestled both before", even if he was obviously lower on the totem pole when he did. He probably could have a good match with them, but it just never really has stood out to me as something we were missing out on, either.

That'd be a ridiculous sequence

That'd be a ridiculous sequence The fact that Orton is a perfectionist and has that perfect timing along with Lesnar being a freak would create some nasty reversals. People forget Orton is athletic, it wouldn't be impossible for him to break something out like Rollins did and land on his feet from a german to an RKO. The match would essentially be an old school who can hit their finish first.
