Who should be his first 3 challengers? I think they should be :
Rollins. Wyatt. Cena at SummerSlam.
What do you think?

They should build a time machine and have Reigns go over clean over prime Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and Goldberg. Gotta make him look str...well, you know.

I know a lot of people joke about it, but i honestly expect him to defend against Big Show and Kane in a triple threat. Cena and Bryan will likely be champions so i cant see it being them. The Authority will problem force him to defend against 'two of the biggest monsters in WWE' after he managed to defeat the beast.

I feel if Rollins cashed in, it would be so much better. His challengers could be Bryan, Ambrose, Cena, Reigns, Ziggler, and tons more. There's not much for Reigns to work with on the heel end.

I'll eat my own foot if Roman Reigns vs. Kane vs. Big Show for the title doesn't end up main eventing a show or PPV at least 2 months after Mania.

Extreme Rules - Kane Payback - Big Show Money in the Bank - Kane & Big Show (handicap match) Battleground - Kane & Big Show (triple threat match) Summerslam - Seth Rollins (Kane and Big Show on a pole match) Night of Champions - KaneShow (genetically modified superhoss created in a lab by Vince McMahon through DNA fusion)

Summerslam - Seth Rollins (Kane and Big Show on a pole match) Where the hell are you going to find a pole dull enough to hold up Kane and the Big Show?

The next night, or even to end Mania itself, he should get cracked over the head with a briefcase and lose it to Rollins. Reigns having an actual title run right now would indeed absolutely doom him, particularly with the shape the roster's in, while making an actual lengthy chase of him trying to get his hands on Rollins at least might kinda work out. Or maybe not, Rollins bounces back and forth between getting tons of heat and dead silence week-to-week. And their match on Raw was kind of terrible.
Still, I'd say have Rollins cash in, have Reigns get the title back from him, maybe have a filler feud with Rusev (I'd say Bray too, but we've seen how that works out, and it doesn't seem like there's a better way to completely stall someone's momentum these days than to put them against Bray Wyatt), then drop the title to Cena or Bryan at SummerSlam.
Either way, if they try the Cena and Batista post-Mania 21 nine month title reign thing, Hell would freeze over before that actually worked. There's nobody for him to face, he's really not good enough in the ring to carry multiple PPVs, and he's not good enough on the mic to be the centerpiece of Raw every single week.
Though I guess if they end up devoting months worth of time to him feuding endlessly with Kane or Big Show as a main event storyline we'd know they weren't actively trying to sabotage Bryan, they're just incompetent.

If Reigns wins and Rollins cashes in on him, there's no way we can't have it lead to a Shield Triple Threat. I know that pushes Bryan back for a while... Maybe we keep the feud going for a little bit by shoving Rowan out of the way and throwing a Shield vs. Bryan/Dolph/Ryback match in the mix... You build towards Bryan/Reigns for WM 32, letting Reigns work with people who can help him learn positioning and pacing in the meantime, all the while playing up the Storyline that Bryan wants his shot at the belt he never lost, Rollins and Ambrose acting as his Horsemen all the while, even though both of them want to give Reigns the Starscream treatment, they both want to keep Bryan away from him, because they feel like he's trying to muscle in on their title shot.

Big Show/Kane for April-May (it'll suck and not because of Reigns) Seth Rollins June & July Brock Lesnar cashes in his rematch at Summerslam in August
I'd have Rusev sub in for Rollins, but I figure Rollins will have to cash in MITB sometime.

Seth Rollins cashes in and it's Roman and Rollins for the next few months.

- Kevin Owens debuts on the post-WrestleMania Raw and obliterates Reigns. - Rollins takes advantage and successfully cashes in.
Note: This has a snowball's chance in Hell of happening, but it would be neat.

Rollins Ambrose Cena
Gotta do the MitB stuff. Obligatory "we were teammates" stuff for Ambrose. Then Cena, because Cena.

Leave Cena for WrestleMania 32 - a year of SuperRoman crushing the likes of Rollins, the Local Men, Wyatt, Rusev (depending on what is left of his career after Cena at Mania), maybe Triple H if he fancies main eventing again, and then any of Ambrose, Ziggler or Bryan that they want to turn heel to feed to Reigns. After all this then there's just one guy left big enough to get Vince's juices flowing for the main event of the biggest card of the year: SuperRoman vs. SuperCena. Cowboy stadium won't be big enough
