According to Muscle and Fitness, you know, the one where Vince is on the cover page. Also he only gets 4 hours of sleep because he feels he's missing something during sleep. Let me bring up that max benchpress article .com had a while back.
Vince - 450 Ryback - 550 Titus - 545 Cesaro - 450 (but who cares how much you bench?!) Reigns - 445 Cena - 465 Kane - 525 Brodus - 525 Big Show - 500 for 12 reps Swagger - 350 for 16 reps Big E - 575
What do you think about the chairman of the WWE being in better physical condition compared to most of his roster? I'm not even bringing up steroids, just in general.

I'm sure every time Vince needs to write down his age for something he snickers over it being 69.

This is the magazine that uses more photoshop retouching than Playboy, right?

I bet he calendered the date of his 69th birthday decades ago

If Vince has seen Bill & Ted yet, he must be completely insufferable this year.
If not, he's going to kick himself for the lost opportunity.

Why didn't they get Mark Henry's? I'm not sure, then again the article was mostly there to put Big E over. Everyone was mentioning him and he was even on the cover page.

He's also probably legitimately insane at this point.

I don't think much of anything about it to be honest. Good for him, I guess. To me wrestling is less about how big you are/how much you can bench press and more about how you connect with the audience both as a character and in-ring as a worker. Take a guy like Ryback. He's big and strong and while I'm sure that's a big part of him getting tv time from Vince, it's really his kind of aloof "THE BIG GUY!" schtick/personality that I connect with and relate to more when they actually let him display it rather than his look and his stats in the gym.

Claudio has practical strength and is stronger than Big E whose massive bulk is only good for short spurts.
I wonder if Vince works out to his old WBF tapes

Indeed. Speaking of Ryback, check out his Wrestling with Rosenberg interview. Great stuff. The more he talks, the more likable he is.

Constant 5% body fat sounds kind of unhealthy.

A bench press isn't the only measure of someone's physical ability. Cesaro, as has been mentioned, is able to utilize more power in ways some of the bulkier guys can't, though some of that is due to probably better flexibility and stuff like his height advantage over Big E. Not taking anything way from Vince or the other guys, it's impressive, but it's not the whole picture.

"How will John Cena lift the 10,000 pound Big Show!?!?!?!" He'd have been crushed under the weight of Andre, Jack.

That's the most impressive feat of strength I've ever seen in wrestling. *puts on home-made Best Of Cesaro VHS, sobs*
