A bench press isn't the only measure of someone's physical ability. Cesaro, as has been mentioned, is able to utilize more power in ways some of the bulkier guys can't, though some of that is due to probably better flexibility and stuff like his height advantage over Big E. Not taking anything way from Vince or the other guys, it's impressive, but it's not the whole picture. There's no lift in the gym that can replicate hitting the Neutralizer on The Great Effing Khali. That's the most impressive feat of strength I've ever seen in wrestling. *puts on home-made Best Of Cesaro VHS, sobs* Deadlift probably. I guess the grip and angle is different but I imagine Cesaro beasts at deadlifts.

No way is Vince 5% body fat right now unless he's still chasing his breakfast, lunch, and dinner with HGH and anabolic steroids. While working out hard 5 or so days a week.

I don't think Vince does the same tests as the talent.

Hah well yeah, but there's no 7 foot 400 pound awkward-ass Great Khali weights in the gym to deadlift with your arms completely extended and your hands clasped. Even his fingers have to be insanely strong to do that.

I believe that's his age.
The rest is absurd.

Mcmahon has probably got a physique like this nowadays. Which is great for nearly 70 ![](http://cdn02.cdn.justjared.com/wp-content/uploads/headlines/2014/05/arnold-schwarzenegger-shirtless-buff-cannes.jpg) ![](http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-88V378Fq2iA/UzlEmJqNm8I/AAAAAAAAAC4/tVQrkHa7i5U/s1600/988436_814704425225731_1693451428_n.jpg) But I can't see him being at 5% body fat all year round.

4 hours of sleep? I honestly can't believe he gets more than 2.

Lack of sleep might explain his erratic nature.

His brain is also probably giblet gravy from lack of sleep for decades and steroids.
A real manly man.

Great shape, 4 hours of sleep, old, crazy, rich.... I just figured out who Vince really is! Vince: I'm Batmahon. ![](http://www.obrigadopelospeixes.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/batman-the-dark-knight-returns-10th-Anniversary-Edition-001.jpg)

Didn't Warrior die because of his training regiment being something he just couldn't do at his age?
I'm guessing Vince has trained himself to do and be at this well-above-average level for many years, but at least some precedent exists for being very careful.....

Sorry I'm not buying Kane benching that much. Maybe in 2001-02 but not right now

Damn, Arnold has aged horribly. Off topic I know but man he's aged roughly. Least it's a natural age and he's not trying to cover it up with plastic surgery.
