I'll start with William Regal calling people "Sunshine" and calling HHH "Triple Hache."
What about you?

Interweaving storylines year-round rather than a specified timeslot for each feud to get their time in with no crossover with the rest of the roster.

Mean Gene Okerlund hyping pay-per-views from the Event Center.
Interview segments with full sets, complete with backdrops and props.
Enhancement talent. Yes, enhancement talent. This helped them get away with putting matches like Tito Santana vs. the Mountie on Wrestlemania-and the fans paid to see it because it wasn't something that was given away for free on Raw every week.

WCW's tape machines, which always ran without fail during commercial breaks, as a means of informing us fans if anything significant occurred.
I'm totally not joking on that one by the way. I loved little touches like that.

Interweaving storylines year-round rather than a specified timeslot for each feud to get their time in with no crossover with the rest of the roster. They kinda did this thing for a few weeks in 2012 after the heel turn of the Big Show at Over the Limit (WHICH NO ONE SAW COMING BTW). The shows flowed smoothly except the problem was all of the storylines sucked but it did get praise from here tho.

Heels ripping off the turnbuckle pad so they can hurt the face with the exposed steel cable.

Atomic drops. We need more Rick Rude type selling in the WWE.

Talents up and down the card being over and credible and not needing a rocket push to the top of the card to matter.

I have to be completely honest here. I actually miss the way wrestlers use to sell the attacks of their opponents. From my perspective when I've seen certain matches, sneak attacks, etc the wrestlers recover too quickly or tend to no sell it sometimes.
Ziggler, Ambrose, Bryan, and Rollins are what I consider to be the old school sellers. They legitimately make you believe the attacks they're enduring is hurting them, they'll bump like crazy, and sell it as if they're getting killed. But then you have other wrestlers who get hit with a Superman punch and get up instantly, hit with a chair on the back and walk away showing no effects, or thrown over the top rope onto the floor only to get up without showing effects.
That type of selling tends to take me out of the moment.

I have too many things to list so I'll just simply say that I miss when WWE was a wrestling promotion and not the billion dollar entertainment corporation that uses professional wrestling as its main vehicle that it is today.

A dedicated lower tier title like the European or Hardcore. Not only do I want this for the sake of the lower card, but Id like to see future wrestlers be able to possibly win a Grand Slam again.

I miss great long stories with the IC belt. Like Savage/Steamboat, Mr. Perfects reign, The Rock ducking Stone Cold in late 97, late 93-early 94 HBK-Razor, and to a certain extent, Razor-jarrett.
I think the last decade there hasn't been a great IC title storyline. Most of the feuds have been just rivalries that had the IC title in it. My interest piqued once when Cody brought back the OG IC title saying he wants to bring the prestige back to it. Now I'm hoping, however weird and convoluted the story gets, that Ambrose (if he gets it at WM) can make the IC belt and Midcards relevant again

Varied chair usage. Ok, injuries aside, it all looked awesome. Direct headshots, suplexes onto chairs, ddts onto them, etc. Now it's pretty bland. A chair comes into play, we know its a shot to the gut to make them double over then a hit to the back.
Also piledrivers.
Again, yeah I don't want people to get hurt, but just in the sense of how cool and sick they looked, I miss them. I'm not a "Bring back Attitude Era" guy, despite it being when I really got into wrestling, but I simultaneously watch old Raw (currently in 99) alongside new content, and just an insanely different and more exciting product.

I'll start with William Regal calling people "Sunshine" and calling HHH "Triple Hache." What about you? I don't miss it but I also remember him saying "Umanga" I miss when storylines and interview segments for people outside the upper card were still on the show instead of on the WWE website or app.

The dumb ringside/in the crowd "piledriver attempt into a backdrop" spot. I have a soft spot for it.
