Seen a couple threads lately about finishers that were lame or that people didn't like and it got me thinking about some of the finishers that people really enjoyed.
I actually really liked Shane Helm's Vertebreaker (way back in his WCW days). It had a unique look and I could buy that it could mess up someone's back.
Also, Ron Simmon's Dominator and similar moves. I enjoy a good powerful finisher that looks like it could really hurt.
Go for it in the comments.

Cutters. So nonsensical, but so much fun to watch.

I used to love the way Wade Barrett did the Bullhammer back in 2012 when he'd grab them by the arm, then pull them in and just full on doink them between the eyes. Sometimes the simplest finishers are just the best.

AA spinebuster my favorite move to finish off people in WWE 12. The Curbstomp. all forms of Cutters.

The more I think about it, the more I lean towards the Clothesline from Hell.
Jibbles damn near decapitated people with that thing.

The Golden Rule/Zack Attack was a solid move, like a mirror universe Overdrive that actually looks painful.

I always thought that the Zack Attack was really bizarre-looking, especially since Ryder was wearing the one-legged tights at the time... Striker seemed to execute the move a bit more crisply, but given how its fallen out of use, it would at the very least work well as a signature move if not necessarily a finisher.

Everytime I see or hear about the Kudo Driver/Vertabreaker, I'm reminded of Shane Helms WCW theme.

I've always dug the Pedigree and the Double Arm DDT.
Jack Swagger's had some good ones. The Blue Thunder Powerbomb/Red, White, And Blue Thunder I think they called it like twice, Gutwrench Suplex, and he's done a really good job with the Ankle Lock, finding ways to tease it or reverse into it that the crowd eats up.

I've always loved a good knee to the head. Nakamura's Boma Ye, Bryan's running knee, Regals knee trembler. All of them.

Pop up Powerbomb - Simple but effective. Owens makes it look devastating.
Harper's Discus Lariat also looks great.

The Vertebreaker's a devastating move, but I've been enamored by Guillotine Choke and the Rear Naked Choke for the longest. Amazing how such a simple move can be such a devastating match ender, and disappointed it isn't used more often. That (plus the Samurai Driver, which I love) would make a hell of a match-ending reversal.

The Curb Stomp is seriously the best finisher in wrestling. Looks a legit match ender and can be hit on anyone.

All cutters except Jay Lethal's Lethal Injection.
La Resistance's Au Revoir The Rough Ryder. Edge's Spear (come at me bro) Cross Rhodes Dream Street Tyson Kidd's springboard elbow and Dungeon Lock Test's Big Boot Alicia Fox's "Gonna kill someone Someday" Scissor Kick. Swagger's ankle lock.

Codebreaker is up there. Love Jericho but since WWE had most people escape the Walls, he hurt for a legit finish for a long time. It can be hit from anywhere and is a cool move that would actually hurt like hell.
I think my favorite finish of all time though is the PerfectPlex. Just love the idea of a move that doesn't necessarily knock people out, but that it is really tough to escape and kick out from for 3 seconds. Add in Hennig yelling out for the move before hitting it and the fact that it was like 95 percent effective and it's just a cool finish

Impact moves where the guy just hits his foe with a specific move while standing (Clothesline from Hell, Sweet Chin Music, The Knee That Beat Cena, Bullhammer, Boma Ye, etc.) I've always had a fondness for those as finishers.

Jake the Snakes DDT is my number 1 all time.
Followed by the F5, Stunner, and the Lion tamer.
I can watch clips of Jake Roberts DDTing everybody all day long
