There is a difference between being able to do something and being able to teach it. One has nothing to do with the other. DeMott was unable to do either well. Pretty much. He was booted from DSW because he was a bully and sucked at his job(and after Kenny Omega walked away from WWE because of him). Why WWE hired him back, I'll never understand. He's been head trainer of developmental since 2011 and who has he really trained up to be a great asset to WWE? I mean, I don't know how much time he had with Roman, but....yeah. If that's his biggest success then it speaks for itself. Beyond that you've got Ambrose and Rollins who were already great so, yeah, I dunno.

It's time for Stinko Malenko to take over....or failing that Booker T. I'm not sure if anyone will learn much about wrestling but they will be some breakdancing motherf***ers by the time that the Bookman is through with them.

The internet's really kicking WWE's ass this year. I'm really pleased to see wrestlers, former and current, slowly but surely, standing up to WWE. I can't imagine this is the social media synergy the higher-ups imagined.

Bill Belichick played football at a small, low-level college and didn't play in the NFL -- yet he's arguably the best coach of his generation. And a guy he worked under, help molding him into what he became, graduated from what is now Wichita State, and never played in the NFL. Bill Parcells never had big success as a player. So many of the greatest coaches in sports history were maybe role players at best in their sport, but when it came to coaching they knew what the f*** to do.

Next Head Trainer from NXT, returning from retirement. Chris Benoit. Zombie Benoit's arm keeps falling off when he tries to show them a hammerlock. Has it been long enough? Huh...

I can't imagine this is the social media synergy the higher-ups imagined. It was only a matter of time really. For the longest time the WWE thought they were the shit because they essentially had a monoply, but guys started to realize the WWE is some Wizard of Oz level smoke and mirrors. The independent contractor bullshit is going down eventually.

Just bump Sara Del Rey up to head trainer. The NXT Women's division and her indie history should be all the resume she needs for it. Bill Demottesque stories about Sara will eventually come out. Of the existing staff you couldn't pick a worse one and one who has the worst social skills. It is a very hard role to fill. I think it will be share in some way initially at least.

Triple H to replace Demott with the most successful, important figure in the history of the business: The DX Tank.

This is a huge victory for the bravery of speaking out. WWE wants to be a mainstream public company? Time to start operating like one.

I honestly think that when the "U-word" comes up again, Vince will just lock them all out, out of spite, and either shut everything down or hire scabs.

I have never heard anything about Sara's social skills, but if she's responsible for the current crop of NXT women, I see no reason to complain about her training ability.

I haven't been paying attention. What are other examples? Darren Young criticizing WWE for going to Abu Dhabi, AJ calling out Stephanie McMahon on twitter for gushing about womens' rights in the face of her neglected female employees & the whole #givedivasachance thing. #CancelWWENetwork although that ended up being all talk. Justin Gabriel going off on them, then walking away.
