Taker/HBK @ WM 25 is about as perfect of a WWE match as we're likely to see.
Worst: probably the lingerie pillow fight or something

Favourite - Shawn/Razor at WM10. Least favourite - Cole/Lawler. Way too long (the fourth longest match of the night - just a minute less than Orton/Punk), the wrong result, and a feud that lasted two months longer than it should (if we accept it had to happen at all). Worst - That god awful blindfold match Jake had with Martel, on some early 90s wrestlemania. I was waiting for someone to mention this match. You sir, are a bafoon as this match is awesome. 2 all time great workers holding a crowd in the palm of their hands. In my top 10 mania matches definitely. I wouldn't quite go that far, but a brilliantly worked match that only works because the face is kayfabe intelligent and the crowd are "in" on the narrative.

Best: HBK/Angle at WrestleMania 21. Two of the best wrestlers in WWE history put on an absolute clinic. Yes, it DOESN'T get mentioned far enough!
Worst: That Miller Light Girls versus Kiebler and Wilson (something or another) at WrestleMania X8. Add to that Lawler's usual fluff fight reaction of "we're ALL winner's here" reaction. No, we weren't "all winners." Some of us would have preferred to see an actual match, rather than some beat-off fantasy.

Yeah maybe Seriously though I remember watching it live with a bunch of other military guys and the group as a whole was shitting on it, myself included.

Best: Warrior Vs Savage (Wrestlemania 7), might just be my favorite match of all time.
Worst: Take your pick, any match at Wrestlemania 2, minus Hogan vs Bundy and the tag team title match. Wait, the worse match at WM 2 was Piper Vs Mr. T. That is my pick of the worst match at Wrestlemania. Piper Vs Mr. T.

I'll defend Lesnar/Goldburg because the crowd taking a collective shit all over it made it fun to watch. Best WM Match: Gimmick Battle Royale was the very definition of having a fun nostalgia match Worst: Kane vs Khali was dogshit Honestly think Kane / Khali's pretty watchable. Yeah, not great, but I think Kane managed to drag him to a decent little brawl that thankfully didn't drag too long.

Best: Angle vs. HBK
Actual comment heard in a bar the following night, since they were just coming in, I assume sober, "Angle vs. Michaels was shit, but Big Show vs. Akebono was f***ing awesome!!"
Goes to show, different strokes...
Worst: Heenan vs. Red Rooster
Why not? It was a nothing match.

I still can't believe that Jerry Lawler, one of the most decorated veterans with a long history with the WWE has one Wrestlemania match to his name and it's a loss to Micheal Cole.
Honorable mention to Miss Wrestlmania. They were going to bring in the best Divas past and present to compete for the crown in a battle royal. We got a Kid Rock concert that segues directly into a no entrance match. Who were the past Divas? Would we finally see Wendi Richter return home? Sable maybe? Alundra Blayze? Trish or Lita to bring something back to a lackluster division? We got the never requested returns of Joy and Jackie from That Jackie Gayda match. We did get Victoria and Torrie Wilson. But they were not introduced, hyped and blink and you missed them. Best of all the person to represent 25 years of women in the WWE was Santino Marella in drag. #GiveDivasAChance yeah good luck girls. Kid Rock, ugly cross dressing, women as punchlines for Lawler, announcers not caring about the real competitors, it was the perfect storm of please god no.

Hogan/Andre. It was built up so damned high.
Worst? Probably some throwaway battle royale.

T. Whilst I agree WM2 was not a great Wrestlemania, I think there were quite a few entertaining matches in amongst the "where's the beef" disjointed mess of a show. You mention Bundy v Hogan and the Bulldogs v Dream Team, but it also had the 20man Battle Royal with NFL players, a nice little match between the Funks & JYD/Santana, Steamboat v Hercules and Savage v Steele that I quite enjoyed for different reasons. There is a lot of dross on that show, but ironically it actually has more decent-good matches on the card than WM1 that most recognise as a better show. That said, it also has more bad - awful matches as well.... Back on topic, I can't see past Undertaker vs HBK at WM25 for the best match. Worst I will go with Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs Bad News Brown at WM5. Even Gorilla and Jesse dump all over this match and you get the added bonus of a giant Hacksaw booger hanging from his nose at the end.

Best: Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels WrestleMania 25 Worst: Jerry Lawler vs. Michael Cole WrestleMania XXVII
Last night, I did watch Bret Hart vs. Mr. McMahon, and it is ungodly bad, but at least you got the happy ending. What made Lawler/Cole worse was that not only did you not have the happy ending, but the guy everybody wanted to see get beat up dominated the match.

Every single squash that I paid f***ing money to see.
Chavo vs. Whoever (turned out to be Kane) JBL vs. Rey Bryan vs. Sheamus It's a Summerslam one, but Regal vs. Christian (especially since Christian, as the baby face, beat up a guy who was still wearing his entrance gear).
To a lesser extent, that tag team match with The Corre a few years ago.
Stop putting squashes on Mania when we pay to see these f***ing things. The entire reason I watch wrestling instead of real fights is because you don't get a Mike Tyson 8-second knockout. Squashes are for TV, not PPV.
Discounting those, saying Vince/Bret is worse than the Giant Gonzalez match is lunacy.

Gotta agree with Taker/HBK. And it's no surprise, seeing how both men tended to bring their A-game come Mania time.
Worst match? I dunno, there's been lots and lots of dumb shit happening at Mania. But we forget it and remember Savage/Steamboat. It's probably better that way.

Best: Bret vs. Austin, WM13 (even though Bret vs. Owen from X is my favorite match of all time, this one gets the edge as being a better and more important match.) Worst: Cole vs. Lawler, WM 27... I was at the Georgia Dome for this, just absolutely dreadful.
