So as I'm watching Raw when Wyatt comes out to cut a promo, my granddad says is he going to wrestle? I told him no he's just gonna talk and he said oh well then I'm going to bed. Even my granddad agrees with multiple people on FAN and he's just an old dude. Damn that hurt me a little.

The problem with Wyatt/Taker for me isn't necessarily that the babyface isn't around to respond to the heel's taunts, it's that after a year of doing nothing meaningful, Wyatt feels SO far beneath Taker that it just feels like a midcarder getting ideas above his station and picking a fight with one of the big dogs to try and elevate himself. It's the kind of thing that's normally played almost for comedic effect, like Miz calling out Cena in 2009 and Cena taking forever to dignify it with a response, eventually beating him a couple of times and moving on. If you really wanted to be cruel you could compare it to Axelmania.
A year ago when Wyatt had the whole crowd in his hands (pun intended) this would have been perfect and had a ton of heat, whether Taker was showing up on Raw or not. Bray was more than over enough with his promos to carry a feud by himself. Now it feels like if Zack Ryder had been the one to challenge the Streak at WM29. Last year's internet darling, still playing the same character to increasing apathy now the novelty has long worn off, through WWE's own ruination of it as per ever.

Wyatt is nothing like 2009 Miz or AxelMania. WWE legitimately presents Bray Wyatt as a top threat, even if he hasn't been booked all that well.

Brock should have been the end of the Undertaker
After facing him, for Taker to be seriously threatened by the fat guy in the Hawaiian shirt just lacks credibility.

That's what I'm saying though, it's supposed to be Taker being challenged by his modern-day equivalent, but Wyatt's booking has been so weak and repetitive since WM30 that it's hard to take him seriously as a threat, just cos he's won a few meaningless matches with an equally depushed and directionless Dean Ambrose recently. Wyatt did feel like the new Undertaker a year ago, now he feels like the new Kane and that's a tragedy (the only bigger tragedy being that the old Kane is still around).

He's at worst your average guy on the street. Not everyone needs or wants to be a string bean like Sami Zayn or something, lol.

True, but he just doesn't look intimidating compared to Lesnar, yet the audience is expected to take him seriously as a threat, despite losing all his feuds too.

No, they all want abs like Finn so they can run around in nothing but airbrushed bodypaint.
