I have sources in NXT and I am going to reveal that there are six guys they REALLY want: Biff Busick, Drew Gulak, Orange Cassidy, Soldier Ant, Fire Ant, and Frank O'Rourke. They're having a hard time deciding who to take though because they can only hire 3 guys.

Interesting they didn't include New Japan in those options. Though to be fair most of their talent is starting to get up there in years, with a few exceptions.

So the plan for NXT is to kill the Indy's and give the WWE a complete monopoly in America. Tremendous.

Wouldn't shock me if we see more indy influence in the NXT roster going on. Safe to say the likes of Sami, Finn, Owens and Neville will be gone to the main roster by year's end, so pilfering from the other brands makes some sense

Also, why is ISW not on that list?! The Glaad Boys would be great Tag Team Champions!

For some reason I don't know what this line means
Is it saying NXT is going to try and poach top indy performers... as if it doesn't already do that? Or am I missing something even more obvious. I'm having a "brainfart" sort of day today. My apologies in advance.

Why does WWE want to be the only wrestling company on earth? Killing indies will end future WWE performers stone dead.
Any non-wrestling fan will go to MMA now and removing indies eliminates where fans can learn and perform.
Lunacy if this is their plan.

Of those guys I believe NXT has only ever had interest in Biff Busick/Frank O'Rourke. Interesting they didn't include New Japan in those options. Though to be fair most of their talent is starting to get up there in years, with a few exceptions. They didn't include TNA either. Neither are indies although there's an increasing case that TNA maybe.

I want my guys to be signed but I don't want WWE to rape and pillage everything.

Wow.
WWE actually acknowledging other companies exist AND asking their fans what they think about them.
We are truly in end times.

I'm having a "brainfart" sort of day today. My apologies in advance. I think the idea is that WWE might use NXT to compete with independent shows on their level, running NXT shows in established independent markets and venues, like how Vince in the 80s would use his syndicated television to compete with regions' local television wrestling shows for timeslots, running shows in those areas, etc.

why the f*** would they want to compete with the indies?
well I know why, short term gains, but it's ultimately going to f*** them over in the long run

Makes a change from the passive aggressiveness of others: officialfan.proboards.com/thread/519107/samoa-joe-wwe?page=5&scrollTo=11527747Broke both the Samoa Joe and Briscoes to NXT news. why the f*** would they want to compete with the indies? well I know why, short term gains, but it's ultimately going to f*** them over in the long run Triple H is creating a shadow promotion. Also all this is largely Shane McMahon's idea for ECW nearly ten years ago.
