... But I want Al Snow as a regular competitor on the show.
There's a few reasons for this, so I think I'll go through them:
1. He's in the best shape of his career. 2. He sucks as an agent and the matches suffer because of it. 3. He can cut an intense promo better than half the roster, as shown by his stuff with Grado. 4. The grey beard is an intense, scary look. Needs to be seen more.
I'd much rather Snow than Dreamer. Snow at least still looks like an actual wrestler and given the chance I'm sure can still have a good match. They need new agents but I can understand them not wanting to fire the people they have, so let Al wrestle, Dreamer be an agent, Diamond work in production or something; there's other roles for them.
Matches in TNA have been too samey for ages. I would love a change of agents so the matches can have a fresh feel again.

Al Snow is 51 and the only time he was relevant is as a lower midcarder during the Attitude Era. He's at least 10 years past his prime and shouldn't be regularly competing on television. This is the company that has Dreamer regularly wrestling though so maybe your wish will come true.

Or just fire Snow and give someone that can actually put a match together the road agent spot.
I'll be honest, I've never really been big on Snow. I appreciate how over he got but he seems like he'd be a real asshole if you ran into him on the street. At least, that's the impression I get.

Meh, he could be their version of Goldust. As bad as Al Snow being full-time in 2015 could be, I also know full well TNA could do much, much worse.

I love how one of your reasons is that he's really bad at his actual job at TNA.

What does fulltime with TNA even mean? How can you even be part time at this point?

What does fulltime with TNA even mean? How can you even be part time at this point? TNA runs less then a lot of local indies and that isn't a joke. They run more shows but the indies are more regular.
