Kane being a sleeper cell within the Authority who secretly aids Daniel Bryan in destroying them.
I mean, January last year, it was RIGHT THERE.

I know people wanted it to happen, but it really didn't make sense to me for them to do that since Bryan was (unfortunately) far separated from the Authority at that point

It just lined up far too well.

But biggest one for me- Paul Burchill blowing the British Bulldog out of the water as the next British megastar. I saw him way back in 2002 and thought the guy was the absolute future of the business. Sadly didn't pan out. FWA had a phenomenal crop of talents in 02-04 who just never amounted to much. Hade Vansen's another one who I thought would be big in WWE and had 1 promo before being cut. I am totally with you on this one. I thought for sure he was going to be the next HHH type "destroyer" guy. He was great in the ring, could sell amazingly, had a cool look, "The Ripper" was an awesome name/gimmick. I thought he was a future world champion.

Ahmed Johnson...World Champion I remember I liked him for just a tad at the same time I actually liked HBK. I remember Ahmed won a battle royal for the number one contendership on Raw. It was super exciting, but then my friend and I lamented that it would be sad because for Ahmed to be the champ he would have to beat Michaels who we both liked more. Needless to say Ahmed got injured and the match never happened lol.

There was only one time I was totally wrong about something that I was 110% sure would happen.
Kane fully joining DX and coming out in a green and black outfit. During the Kane/X-Pac tag days and Kane/Tori storyline, it was just too right and I still can't believe it didn't happen at least at a house shoe or something.

CM Punk being back by now.
Granted, it was January 2014 when I thought this.

Gregory Helms uttering the line "Citizen Kane" (I don't think it happened). Kane vs. HurricaneSee 2:27 I honestly thought Kane would turn heel on Bryan in Summer/Fall 2013 out of anger that the latter never helped him against the Wyatt Family.

I felt sure that Chris Jericho would win the Royal Rumble that Sheamus ended up winning. Jericho still got the more prestigous title shot and spot on the Mania card, so nothing would have really changed had Jericho won instead of Sheamus. You'd just have to give Sheamus his title shot via storyline instead of from winning the Rumble. I'm pretty sure they did that so the Royal Rumble winner cash in stayed over 50% can't think of any other than The streak not breaking.

They really should just do a one off with Kane in a green outfit. I mean we finally got Sid returning and new Nation (sort of on both accounts). We need green costumed Kane to complete the holy trinity of late 1990s dirt sheet rumors. Also, NUDE pictures of Sable and Sunny! CLICK HERE!

As he lost and lost, I wondered just what they thought he was missing.

Stone Cold and Hulk Hogan would have a Wrestlemania match
Wade Barrett would win the WWE Championship at Survivor Series 2010
John Cena would turn heel as a member of The Nexus
Dean Ambrose would be the one to turn on The Shield

You should've put 'nude pictures of Trish and Lita!'
