EDIT: Also, while I hope Finn Balor stays such, I'm hoping Hideo Itami just becomes Itami. Just sounds better and I like that chant better than "HE-Day-OH". They've never chanted "Itami" though so.. ? Just like with Finn Balor, the group mind of the group decided on "FINN FINN FINN FINN." So, if they dropped anything, I'm sure it'd be "Itami" faster than "Hideo." They started with Itami on the first show or two I though but changed to Hideo pretty fast. But my point was I think Itami sounds better as a standalone name (and as a chant) so dropping "Hideo" would not bug me, while I like "Finn Balor" over "Balor" or "Finn" solo.

I'm starting to worry that they'll make Finn wear an eyepatch when he gets to the main roster, since "Balor" is supposed to only have one eye. Of course, it's also supposed to almost always be closed, and in the middle of his forehead, but still...

Maybe it's an absurd cost-cutting measure. They figure they put these guys' names everywhere through print and spoken word, if they cut the names in half they can be said/typed quicker using less precious resources.

I always felt that going from "Pac" to "Adrian Neville" sounded a bit awkward. Bringing back the one-name moniker just sounds more natural to me. I would have been angrier if they had dropped "The Man That Gravity Forgot" instead.

Well, the name Neville does hint of being a tower of attraction to women.
Can't help but feel they should have called him Squatting Neville though.

Kalisto was made into a star tonight. How could that guy not possibly get over big? That was impressive as hell.
Hopefully they can get rid of the Matador gimmick and just let Primo be Primo again.

Neville has a shitty name.
"The Man Gravity Forgot" is amazing. "Neville" though, is the name of my bus driver. He should have been Deville and had a storyline where he wants to make a coat out of Bryan's dog's fur.

I think part of the reason they dropped his first name could be to prevent the announcers from slipping up and calling him "Aaron Neville".

As long as they don't let him talk too much Neville should do really well although I'm afraid he may turn into another Evan Bourne. I just see him getting lost in the shuffle very fast if WWE loses focus on him.
Kalisto was great. If WWE plays their cards right he will be the huge Mexican singles star they've needed badly for a while now. I honestly think though that keeping him in a tag team is best because they are a little low on tag teams right now.

I think they were the right choices, though I also expected Charlotte. Maybe she'll end up there soon, just since not every debut is right away, she could appear a few weeks later like Adam Rose did.

So Mighty Mouse and the gay hair stylist debuted tonight huh? Oh wait they didn't?
Anyone remember those dirtsheets and how far too many people believed it? Ug.
Anyways Kalisto was super amazing. I do wonder if he'll be able to do moves like that with guys other than Cesaro.
Neville... was put in a much less favorable position. The crowd wants to cheer Axel. The cape.... don't like it. Should've kept his first name, at least for a while. Fantastic moves though. If he can pull off stuff like that every week, he'll be fine.

It's almost like he was a personnel clerk at WWE towers for a few weeks. Kalisto knocked it out the park. He always looked great in NXT, but it looks like he held some stuff back. Neville looked great in that they never gave Axel any offence. I can't remember the last time they gave a face such a strong debut. The cape, I can live with. Dropping the first name though. Eww. Neville is such a crap name, they might just have called him Barry.

I was really hoping for Finn Bálor. I mean Bálor. you and me both buddy. you and me both. Adrian Neville has paid his dues in NXT, he deserves it. Ugly cape and all. Kalisto legit shocked me. I was happy he had a kick ass debut that the crowd ate up. Once he drops Boredcara he'll be golden (barring injury before he gets the momentum he needs). I expected Charlotte to debut in the 6 Divas tag as a surprise entrant. Didn't really need Naomi out there, but was cool to see her be important for a sec. The Divas are getting longer matches lately, but would be cool if they put people in there that have chemistry or told a decent story. The Bellas have gotten miles better but they don't have any presence. They could individually easily, but together it's old hat.

Finally they debuted a high-flyer properly in a match that plays to their strengths, then did it again soon after.
As opposed to a match against somebody at the bottom of the card where they spend most of the match getting beat down before hitting a move at the end.

Sucks they got rid of Neville's first name. "Yo, Adrian!" ........................."Adrian?"

What ruined Neville's debut for me was that you had Saxton's monotonous voice dragging things down on commentary.

Neville is not a cool enough name to have on it's own. He should have kept his first name and that cape looked silly. Other than that the man is fluid in everything he does and is fantastic.

Neville debuts. #1 Twitter trend - Adrian Neville. That should tell them all that they need to know. I shouted "NO CAPES" in my best Edna from The Incredibles impression when he went to do the springboard with it on.
