This looks amazing! I can't wait for this to come out. It is easily my most anticipated movie of the year.

This is probably the MOST I've been hyped for a film in a good long while.
Looks so perfect.

I'm so disappointed that the "FROM MASTERMIND GEORGE MILLER" title card wasn't immediately followed by "ACCLAIMED DIRECTOR OF THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK, BABE: PIG IN THE CITY, AND HAPPY FEET."

This is probably the MOST I've been hyped for a film in a good long while. Looks so perfect. Avengers 2 has been on my top of the heap for god knows how long, but I think I'm more personally hyped by myself for this. Look at it this way...I was so dumb stricken by this new trailer that I went out and bought The Road Warrior on Blu-Ray to get myself even more jacked...plus, The Road Warrior is just f***ing awesome.

Final Trailer
Theron's character is so damn dreamy. I'm crushin super hard on Imperator Furiosa.

Phew they must have spent almost twenty seconds outside of cars! I got real worried for a moment, there.

am i right in thinking this is set between Mad MAX 1 & 2? I think it's a reboot, isn't it? See, i thought that, but then i've watched a few videos on youtube etc talking about it and some people say its a reboot, where as others are saying it's in-between 1&2, apprentley (according to some) the tanker charlize theron is driving is the one in the compound in the second film! but at the moment i have no idea if this is a reboot or a new film set in the old timeline.

am i right in thinking this is set between Mad MAX 1 & 2? I think it's a reboot, isn't it? For what it's worth, TV Tropes says it's taking place between the first and second movie. The trailers certainly makes it look like it's taking place soon after the World has gone to shit with the news talking about "water wars" and stuff.

Okay, I just read and interview with Charlize Theron where she says that it's not a sequel. She describes it as "an homage to the original trilogy", whatever that means (it means reboot, from my understanding).
There goes my theory about Immortan Joe being a resurrected Toecutter.

Some guy photobombed the stars of Fury Road at the premiere last night. Word on the street is that he showed up "unannounced". Although I'm sure Miller and Warner Bros. talked to him about surprising everybody. Which is pretty cool.

Yyyyeeeaaaaah I think most people involved in the making of this film would rather not have the franchise associated with Mel Gibson any more.
