Watching Big Lebowski now (AT LEAST I'M HOUSEBROKEN)
While trying to decide which HBO show I want to binge watch. Down to Enterouge, Oz, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Six Feet Under, Sopranos, and The Wire

the only one out of this list I've seen is Game of Thrones, it's great but holy crap is rough in spots.

My quick thoughts:
Entourage- Never seen it, but I have a feeling it might be a Frasier/Parks and Rec. type of show to the point that it is about a scene your aren't in but has comic possibilities.
Oz: Good show if you liked Shawshank and prison documentaries.
Game of Thrones : Never seen it since I am not a big fan of that genre.
Boardwalk Empire : Saw the first season and it was good, but haven't caught up with the rest so the jury is still out.
Six Feet Under : N/A never seen it
Sopranos - A solid series to check out if you like mafia movies.
The Wire - Another N/A, but this is one that has been on my list for a while since I keep hearing how it is the greatest show of all time, so I have been putting it off since the hype might not meet my expectations.

You need to get on Game of Thrones stat. Shit's awesome. Also, there's something that will appeal to you that can be summed up in one quote from the show, "Hodor!"

Entourage has its funny moments. The first three seasons of Boardwalk Empire are awesome, as is most of the Wire and Six Feet Under. Big Love's pretty underrated too.

I'd recommend you start Game of Thrones. It's a great show and out of all the ones listed it's the only one still currently airing.
The new season starts next Sunday so there's a good chance you'd be fully caught up before the end of it.

Entourage - Decent show but really loses steam the longer it goes.
The Wire - Fantastic show. Very slow paced but never boring. Probably the best show on your list.
Game of Thrones - Second best HBO show, imo. Great story and perfect cast.
The Sopranos - Really good show, the first three seasons especially.
Six Feet Under - Excellent show with one of the best season finales I've ever seen.

Entourage might be the best one to go with. Granted its the only show I've watched out of those listed, but shows are only a half hour long, so you won't feel exhausted when binge watching.

I quote the Wire when I can so it is a great show Idris Elba is a great actor in. For another HBO watch Carnivale. Game of Thrones is another good one on that list

I'd go with Sopranos.
I still haven't watched Game of Thrones at all yet, but I keep hearing great things. I also never watched Oz. As for the others I watched all of Entourage and enjoyed it, but would go with Sopranos first. Boardwalk Empire seems like a show I should love, but I watched the first season or so and so far still haven't really dug it that much. The Wire also gets a ton of praise and is a show I need to get back to watching sometime, but after watching the entire first season I felt like I was still waiting for it to get great. Six Feet Under I just didn't care for very much.
