Someone debuting from NXT. This is what I think the open challenge is building towards. and the announcers will hype up how similar it is to how Cena debuted (at least when they accept the challenge) or they would if they are doing their damned jobs at that moment

Imagine the rub the title itself would get from John Cena doing an ECW RVD TV title gimmick.
