Of the songs that he composed, which ones would you say he absolutely hit a home run straight out of the ballpark? Songs that you think in your imagination or listen to and just go "Damn this was good!"
My picks:
"Bad Guy" - Razor Ramon "Deadman" - The Undertaker "Beast" - Brock Lesnar

It would probably be easier to list his duds, since there's so few of them.

That was my theme as a backyard wrestler. Anyway, brilliant theme.

Did he do Rock's theme. Because that is also perfect for Rock, just simple but epic sounding and effortlessly cool.

Rock might still be the coolest man on the plan. People still flock to see his movies no matter how over-exposed he is.
I rank Jim right up there with Chopin. Other than pro-wrestling or MMA, there isn't another niche for his talents, which are amazing. Can you imagine what he would come up with for Rhonda Rousey?
Here are a few other picks:
1) Adam Bomb 2) Evil Doink The Clown 3) Crush

Loved Taker's theme in late 98 with the badass guitar licks (track one on WWF The Music 3) as well as Kane's theme, even if I'm sick of hearing it these days.

Goldust's theme is one of the best of all time, to the point where I wonder if the character would have been as successful without it.

The original Kane as well, in later versions for some reason they decided that the organ in the beginning needs to sound cheap and shitty, instead of terrifying. An underrated one to me is Vader. Everything about it was spot on, had a cool intro and the chunky riff, then a great turnaround/chorus. Ted DiBiase's theme was pretty great, not sure if that was a Jim Johnston though. Sounds like a Jimmy Hart riff.

Ken Shamrock's and Razor Ramon's are the two, without lyrics anyways, that always stick with me. Especially Ramon's.
