Mike Bohn @mikebohnmma "Rampage" Jackson says TNA "killed" his desire to do pro wrestling. Says he thinks they handled him terribly. 2:29 AM - 24 Apr 2015 And Bob Ryder responds: Bob Ryder ✔@brydertna Really? First class travel for him & an entourage, & then he was afraid to get touched in the ring. Hope he loses. twitter.com/MikeBohnMMA/status/591277675710255104 … I don't have a problem believing this to be true, as Rampage has often been known as a bit of a whiner in his MMA career. But I also feel that TNA is at fault here for wasting all that money to get the guy who did nothing for them first class travel and an entourage. What a waste of money.

The dude didn't even want to be bothered to wear a suit when he was in the Main Event Mafia.
You know what, LOLTNA for thinking this was a good idea to begin with.

Maybe more people should follow his example and stop getting involved with TNA

I thought killing interest in wrestling was part of the true TNA experience? I mean how many people that made their name elsewhere showed up and looked like they'd want to be just about anywhere else

The dude didn't even want to be bothered to wear a suit when he was in the Main Event Mafia. You know what, LOLTNA for thinking this was a good idea to begin with. LOLTNA for doing crosspromotion Spike wanted in order to try and keep them happy and for working within the guidelines of what Bellator and Rampage were prepared to do for them. Seriously, lots of things to hate on TNA for, the Rampage debacle is all on him, Bellator and Spike. Fans may not have wanted to see him, but Spike clearly wanted to have someone they've wasted a lot of money on out there for all the world to see and TNA were in the position where they had to do whatever asked as they weren't a company with a lot of options when it comes to broadcast partners.

Rampage and Tito were definitely Spike TV's doing, not TNA's.

TNA killed Rampage's desire to wrestle? Rampage killed the TNA audience's desire to actually see him wrestle. So it's one apiece by my reckoning.

I wonder how King Mo and Tito Ortiz feel about their desire in wrestling I think Mo knows that tna was a sinking ship but kept his mouth shut so he would get more bookings, and tna loves to have him back, whereas Tito said on an interview that he was open to return but after the August 1 Warning I don't think that they're returning his calls. It's weird that Rampage, a non wrestler, figured out that TNA was a shithole and left while other guys resign with the company.

Tito already had some history with TNA prior to the angle, so he probably knew how to deal with the whole thing better than Mo or Rampage.

Not surprising as for the past several months he has made it quite clear how badly things were run backstage.
Though to be fair to TNA you can't help but get the impression with Rampage is that got the wrong impression when he guest hosted raw all those years ago thinking it was always going to be like that.

TNA is at fault here for not coming out straight what went wrong with Rampage as soon as he was off the TV and something did go wrong. They kept their mouths shut believing that things could turn out rosy in the future so they didn't want to "burn any bridges" but as soon as there is a disagreement in the office or locker room that is already a burnt bridge.
Even on the TV you could tell that Rampage is not engaged nor interested to be there. And its not like he did this for free Im sure he was paid more than 85% of the talent yet he couldnt care less. They should have terminated him off the TV right of the bat or as soon as everything fell through make a statement how bad co-operant Rampage was.
In this case I strongly believe that TNA is not at fault but rather Rampage who was aware that he is coming to a bush league and not acting professionally.

Rampage and Tito were definitely Spike TV's doing, not TNA's. Tito, Rampage and co. being in Bellator(for the period Rampage was actually there) is Spike's/Viacom's doing as well, moreso than the promotion.

I thought killing interest in wrestling was part of the true TNA experience? I mean how many people that made their name elsewhere showed up and looked like they'd want to be just about anywhere else I'm sure it mentions "Killing interest in wrestling" in their mission statement. Also at a TNA office somewhere is a picture of a happy fan at an event with a circle and line through them.
