Co-Dependent's Day Homer framed Marge for drunk driving. He framed Marge for a crime he committed. That is completely destroying everything about Homer. The kicker on that episode for me is the B plot where they attack George Lucas for losing his way and not being as good as he once was. THE BALLS. THE BALLS ON THAT EPISODE.

The Frank Grimes Jr. episode. It's made worse by being a Sideshow Bob episode. Those are usually great.

This times a million! Not only was the plot a horrible idea that should of stayed in the writing room, the last line of the episode pretty much said "Screw you! This big revelation won't ever matter again and you wasted twenty minutes watching it."

That 90s Show. They destroyed the origin of Homer and Marge's relationship, which was a slap in the face of every fan like myself who grew up with The Simpsons.

Frank Grimes Jr: He happened to like hookers! That episode had a great start, with the wonderful irony being Sideshow Bob helping the Simpsons instead of trying to kill them. Well, kill Bart. And then it's like they took a page out of Russo's book and completely f*** up the ending. Although the end song with Bob and Bart was enjoyable.

Since the 90s show has been mentioned, how about Lisa goes Gaga.

Season 12. The episode that should have been called 'Homer Gets Raped By A Panda.' It's one of the only times where the show hasn't just been bad, bland or unfunny, but actually offensively, horribly, 'f*** you, writers' bad. I actually thought it was pretty funny. Not Homer getting raped by a panda, but the concept of Burns paying Homer to do things he doesn't want to do, for his entertainment. "What are you doing, man?! That's Carl!"

"I'd kill you if I had my gun." "Yeah, well, you don't." I always hated the one where Lisa becomes a babysitter and Bart acts a fool. The storyline is meh, the characters are annoying, and the only funny part is "my diagnosis: bad babysitting!" And anything from season 12 on. Although, I do agree with the Arman Tanzarian episode. They just ran out of ideas.

I also cannot support Cartridge Family's inclusion in this thread. "Guns aren't toys. They're for family protection, hunting dangerous or delicious animals, and keeping the King of England out of your face."

if we are talking golden age Simpsons, I'm really not a fan of Bart Sells His Soul, I know many will disagree as it got mentioned in the best episodes thread and I think even the voice actors have talked positively about it but it just really does nothing for me.

Any episode revolving around Gil. (The one where he was a real-estate magnate in Arizona the main one.)
He's more pathetic than Bill Dauterive...and that's saying something.

I find it so hard to believe some of the episodes being listed as "worst" here, though opinions are opinions. I have to go with Moe Goes from Rags to Riches, Season 23, Episode 12. It's not memorable outside of being bad, the jokes I didn't think were very well written and the premise is really dumb, what a waste of Jeremy Irons. Yeah, I was going to say that one. Its a terrible one.

The Greatest Story Ever D'Ohed! was pretty awful, the only one I've ever considered turning off, but didn't simply because then I couldn't say I have seen every last episode.
