In how I feel he presents himself. Just the vibe he gives reminds me of Taker.

So you're saying he's going through a midlife crisis, while constantly whining about all the kids playing in his yard?

Can't wait to see a tattoo on his throat with the name of his future wife/ex . He's gonna spend a fortune getting all those wives names inked and eventually removed.

In all seriousness, I could see Orton becoming the new gatekeeper for WWE, as I think he has a long career ahead of him, even after being in the business for for almost over a decade now. I think when Orton his on his game, he's one of the best of all time, just like Undertaker. The thing is, Orton's kind of a hit or miss thing. When his heel turn in 2013 started, it was awesome, then just got boring out of nowhere (no pun intended). This face run is pretty fresh, but that was the same thing with his last face run, then it got horribly boring in 2012. Just a thought.

He's a great wrestler, but a terrible actor.
His best work always came out when he just acted like Randy Orton. Not the "Legend Killer", not "The Apex Predator"... Randy Orton.
His best work is always when he's acting sly, cocky, slightly aloof.. and then knows how to flip the switch to be a "psycho".
Really, he and Ambrose really share the same personality tropes, despite their in-ring being nowhere near the same.

We're still doing these comparison threads where we say someone is someone else?

He's in the middle of a terrible feud with Hulk Hogan? Undertaker dragging Hogan around with a motorcycle is one of the greatest things ever.

He's a great wrestler, but a terrible actor. He's a terrible talker (although occasionally he rises to decent) but I think he's a great actor - his body language and facial expressions are exceptional and he is excellent at using those to tell the story in the ring, show what he's thinking and his emotions, and portray his character. Everything he does seems natural and like it's just occurring to him, as it would in a "real" wrestling match. That sort of thing is always underestimated.

He hasn't gone into full on 2000/2001 Taker awfulness yet, so nah.

He is a fleshed-out version of what the prototypical pro wrestler should be. The issue is that WWE isn't traditional pro wrestling, which is why guys like Orton and Del Rio don't seem to be perfect fits a lot of the time.

I wouldn't even go so far as to call him a "terrible talker". He's perfectly serviceable on the mic, as long as he's not doing Triple H-style, 20 minute promos.

I wish Orton was already gone. The idea of him sticking around another 15 years sounds horrible.

Dude can go in the ring but has the charisma of a pallet of bricks. We need the "Don Jon" Randy Orton. The guy that's not afraid to shit in bags.
