Probably, though some actors just like to stay busy. He had problems with the IRS from what I remember. Though Christopher Walken apparently never turns down a role Yeah, he did, though he was still fairly active before that, just now I think he's ramped it up some. Samuel L. Jackson is someone who also very rarely if ever turns down roles, even though he's so successful as of late with Marvel.

His choice of roles, his...interesting acting method, and his real life eccentricities.
Personally I love the dude. Even in a crap movie, he's always entertaining.

As the OP, I have to say that I am now going through a Cage kick. I have requested a few of his movies at the library. It seems like I will be hungry for more ham by the end of each film.
