I'm thinking the winner of the briefcase will be either Neville or Kofi. They're the only ones who aren't "too big" for MiTB. I can't picture Reigns winning this match because Reigns with the briefcase would be the antithesis of "making Roman look strong". It wouldn't make him look strong if he has to use the briefcase to win the title. I agree there. Plus established main eventers, which Roman pretty much is, never win the MITB, with a few expections (Orton, Cena). The case is frequently the launching pad to the main event. I think the MITB winner will be Wyatt, who I'm presuming will be added to the match.

I can see them repeating KOTR 99.
Ambrose is just about to grab the belt and someone raises it then Rollins get up and takes out Ambrose and the the belt gets lowered to him.
Rollins wins.

Reigns is definitely winning, as it fuels the whole Shield feud they've got going.
One thing I think they're doing to maybe fuel the heel turn by Roman on Dean is that he's the one doing all the work recently for no rewards; look at Raw as the bets example: the guy is forced into 3 separate matches because he helps out Dean in his plan to steal the title. Dean doesn't show up until the very end to help Roman and takes the glory.
Roman winning MITB means he won't have to turn heel, he can be justified in his cashing in on Dean or Seth.

I think Kofi wins. It would give that match with Lesnar in Japan on July 4 so sort of sence.

Wait wait wait, there are people who honestly think Kofi Kingston is going to win the Money in the Bank ladder match?
KANE has a better shot of winning Money in the Bank. Hell, I have a better shot of winning Money in the Bank. Kofi Kingston is only in the match because it's going to be a spotfest and he'll be called upon to perform one of his spectacular high-flying, aerial maneuvers that wows the crowd.

My present theories:
1. Roman Reigns wins Money in the Bank, Dean Ambrose wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship ladder match, Reigns cashes in on Ambrose and wins the title, leading to an Ambrose vs. Reigns feud through the summer while Seth Rollins is busy running for his life from a bloodthirsty Brock Lesnar.
2. Roman Reigns wins Money in the Bank, Seth Rollins wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship ladder match, Reigns cashes in on Rollins and wins the title, but does so with an assist from The Authority, turning him heel in the process and positioning him as the company's golden boy on screen as well as off.

John Cena was "above" the briefcase when he won it in 2012. So was Randy Orton in 2013. An argument could be made for Seth Rollins in 2014.

John Cena and Randy Orton won the briefcase when there were two MiTB briefcases. The matches they won the briefcase in was the "All Star" MiTB; the match was specifically made to feature former champions. The only reason that Orton, Sheamus, Reigns, Ziggler, and Kane are in this year's MiTB match is because "Creative has nothing for you, but you're too big to be left off the show". I don't think Rollins was above the briefcase at the time that he won it. The whole point of his heel turn was to elevate him and keep him from being left behind by his former Shield brothers, since Reigns and Ambrose had all the hype. Rollins needed the briefcase when he won it. But it wasn't the briefcase that elevated him. It was Lesnar being champion and disappearing from TV for months on end and Seth becoming the top heel by default that elevated him to the point where he arguably didn't need the briefcase anymore.

Reigns wins MITB, comes to the ring and either a) adds himself to the match or b) grabs the title, THEN adds himself to the match instantly winning (pretty heelish though)

That logic would work if Randy Orton hadn't spent two weeks off TV because there was nothing for him. Reigns is winning, better to make peace with it now.

Nobody deserves to win the MITB match more than Kofi. I really hope he wins... and Big E cashes it in.
