So you get guys like Big Show and Kane who turn every other week, but which guys with more than a few years under their belts have had the fewest heel/face turns?
Cena is an obvious choice, although he's went from face to heel to face so far.
Up until the New Day Kofi had never turned, and up until he left Mysterio had never turned. Barrett, despite being a proud Englishman when he goes back to the UK has never turned either.
Any others?

He had his heelish moments but HBK was officially a babyface from his match with HHH in 2002 to his last match with Taker in 2010.
And no, I don't count that feud with Hogan as a turn.

Tito Santana was in the WWF from 1983 to 1993 without any turns.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Ricky Steamboat both were career faces with the WWF/E.

RVD was a babyface from 2001-2007, then came back as a babyface in 2013.

RVD was a babyface from 2001-2007, then came back as a babyface in 2013. He's been a face since around 1998 at this point, he may be the longest running person with no turn in all of wrestling

Bushwackers were babyfaces for 7 years, from '89 until '97.
The problem with guys like Steamboat and LOD are that even though they did go stretches without turns, those tenures were relatively short - Steamboat was only around for 3 years his first run and a year his second.
Heenan lasted a decade without turning (hell, last face-to-heel turn I can even recall of his was way back in 1970s AWA, and even that was just a swerve to get his enemy in the ring with his goons and himself).

Ted DiBiase comes to mind, since he was a heel for damn near a decade before he left. Andre The Giant was a face from 1973 to 1987, and a guy like Bruno is obvious.

Rey jr. and I am pretty sure it wont be a very close competition. I think his entire career was as a face.

Jeff Hardy was a face for almost his entire WWE career, bar a few months at the beginning.

Jeff Hardy was a face for his entire career other than a few months as the New Brood and a month in 2003.

Amazing. It would've been awesome if they gave him Hardy's turn. "I'm, like, the antichrist of professional wrestling, dude"
