It looks like he's had abscesses there in the past that have been surgically drained, I have a similar looking scar on my armpit from the same thing.

They're fat guy stretch marks. I have them, too. Coupled with skin tags that can be surprising painful to remove, it makes for a rather embarrassing day at the beach. In such a body conscious industry, if he could have, he would have had them removed by now.

I remember as a kid it pissed me off RVD had hairy armpits and everyone else shaved theirs. Being a wrestling fan can be strange

I don't think I've ever looked at their armpts and was like "yeah, let's think about what we see here".
