So I'm reading Eric Bischoff's book at the minute, and I've got a random urge to start watching from the shows around where he became Executive Producer, and then measure them up to the product of WWE and eventually ECW, on a PPV by PPV basis (because none of the three has all their TV up for me to do the TV shows).
So I'm going to make an Excel spreadsheet with all the PPVs listed in order and just watch all of it in a row, piece by piece, show by show, to watch how everything progressed from the start of WCW kicking into gear up to the end of the Monday Night Wars.
What insane viewing plans have you guys been putting together for your own amusement, be they already finished, about to start, or halfway through?

Once the network went live, I went with watching every PPV/Network special, in order, from Starrcade '83 all the way up to Payback (the last PPV when I finally finished doing it- which should say how long it could take.)

The wife and I watched every show that featured a new (or in some cases, the PPV debut of a) gimmick match. There were few hidden gems, chief among them the Thunderdome at Halloween Havoc 89. (Yes, the Halloween décor was awful and the "electric fence" effect malfunctioned almost immediately, but the actual match was excellent.)

WCW PPVs in 2000-01 vs recent WWE PPVs. Forget storylines, I just wanna see which one has more honest to god wrestling that I enjoyed.
Current verdict: So far the following PPVs are worse than WCW Greed -
Night of Champions (?) 2011 where the Summer of Punk became the Autumn of Shovel WM29 Whichever one had that Big Show interference causing a non-ending (Battleground 13 I think?) Royal Fumble 2014 This mediocre Chamber PPV made worse by being in Corpus

Not every show, but all ppvs, and then big matches/moments from the weekly shows in their proper place. It was very time consuming, but very educational to see which promotions did what first, and seeing guys jump from one promotion to another and stuff. I think you'll have a blast if you have the time. My current plan isn't Network related, but I'm going to be starting an essential viewing of Bullet Club stuff in chronological order.

It's not crazy ridiculous, but I've been watching everything (RAW, ECW, Nitro, PPVs, and Clash of the Champions) in chronological order. I started with the first RAW. I'm in March of 1996 now, so I guess I'll be putting it on hold until they upload more Hardcore TVs.
If they ever upload all the shows from the 80s, I'd like to actually do this over and start with that time period. I'd also love it if they uploaded the weekend shows like Superstars, WCW Saturday Night, Livewire and all that jazz. I'm crossing my fingers for Smackdowns and Thunders, as well.

Yeah, my initial intention was to watch WCW in order from Bash At The Beach 96 through the end..... impossible task, unless I was able to toss about 50 more hours into the average day.

I was watching PPVs in order from when I was born, but decided to just put them all (including Old School cards, SNME, Clash of the Champions, etc) into a randomizer and pull one out each time I'm ready to review something new.

Watching WCW PPVs/Clashes in order from the 80's to the end. TNT and Prime time each get 1 show a week worth of my time. Lots of random bloody brawls when my buddies are over.

I have zero structure to my watching plans, so the Continue Watching section on my account is always filled with unfinished episodes of PrimeTime Wrestling, Attitude Era RAWs, PPVs I'd only watched to distract myself from my freelance work, etc.
My enjoyment of the Network increased when I freed myself from the constraints of obligation. Like, I once felt a nagging sense that I should watch something because there's so much stuff I haven't seen and may never have the chance to watch it again, but I realized I'm paying for this so I should watch whatever the hell I want.
One day I feel like watching Starrcade 1986, the next I feel like watching SummerSlam 2002. It's all totally fine with me.

I've watched (and forced others to watch) the Chamber of Horrors at least a dozen times.

I started my watch list a couple months ago, beginning the year I met my wife (2002) to present, attempting to watch all WWE PPVs in order. I'm only up to 2005 so far because of some health issues as well as increased work hours, plus the wife hates wrestling. I'll get back to it at some point but it's pretty much on the back-burner for the time being.

I started watching all the PPVs (NWA/WCW, WWF) in chronological order and then went back and watched all the Clashs in order once they were added. I was going to incorporate ALL the episodes of RAW nd ECW Hardcore TV but couldn't get past the first 3 or 4 episodes of each before giving up and picking RAW back up again in early '96. I've added all the episodes of Nitro to my routine as well. Still stuck in summer of '96. I think I've been on 1996 since this time last year as I haven't been watching as much.

That's kind of what I'm doing now only problem is there's no Nitro's on the network past 96 and I've got about 8 or 9 left to watch (plus World War 3 and Starrcade). But with Summerslam coming up I'll be watching those soon anyway.

I try and do things like watch ever Summerslam in order and usually quite midway through when another show catches my eye. Many times I'll read something on here (or elsewhere) that will reference a match or a show and will start to watch that show.

WCW was bad but it was so insane that it was also entertaining.

I tried to watch every WCW PPV from start to finish. Wound up tapping out at World War 3 1998.

I watched all the WCW PPVs from when Benoit left (still can't watch him) to the end. Lots of nut shots, guitar shots, and Steiner dominance

I watched all the one hour RAWS with ease. I'm up to the switch to 2 hours now and it's much more difficult. I had the same problem with Nitro

My brother and I have been watching all the WCW stuff in order starting at the first Nitro including Clashes and PPV. We're just past Hog Wild 96 together and I'm at World War 3 '96 by myself. We decided we wanna do a podcast so we're gonna watch Raw and Nitro from the same nights and review them.
