Would you take this match as a marquee match at Wrestlemania? Was disappointed it didn't happen during 2014. Could it still happen?

Mania? Yeah, yeah I would. I love Big Dave and Brock, and done right this could be a huge match.

I doubt this ever happens sadly due to circumstances. I don't see Batista coming back until after Taker and Sting are done, that way his retirement match can be a special attraction for another WM. That should also give him time to temporarily pause his Hollywood schedule. I see his final match being against Rollins, HHH, or Reigns.

Yeah, they wrestled on OVW, the match is on Batista's first DVD, I believe.
I think during Batista's first run, when he was the animal, that would've made for a great match. He had a great aura, that matched Lesnar's. The Beast vs The Animal.

LESNAR WOULD f***ING MURDER HIM To be fair who realistically stands a chance against Lesnar in real life? Jack Swagger? And look how far down the card Jack Swagger is. It's wrestling, wrestling is all about presentation.

Who is also a beast of a man that is 6 foot 7 and 285lbs (actual NCAA height and weight) and is one of the freaky strongest people on the roster. Plus I should add in Batista probably fares better then most guys on the active roster since well he has had MMA training being 1-0 and retired, and being a pretty big guy.

Wasn't they teasing this when Batista came back and he name dropped Lesnar?

It's a shame Lesnar didn't stick around a year longer or we might have gotten freshly turned face WHC Batista vs. Lesnar.
Even today though it would be a big money match.

I'd rather see heel Hollywood Bautista vs face Hollywood Rock. Maybe HHH can try to get in the match and they laugh while showing clips of Blade 3 and The Chaperone.

It'd probably be a pretty good match, though Batista would have to be a heel, which he's just been better at for the most part.

It would probably be good, but I would only want it if Batista was really going to be part of the main roster again. I'm sick of nostalgia acts showing up for Mania.

I remember in 2005 when Brock had a meeting with Vince that got way hyped, the idea of this match-up had me pumped. The promos now in 2015 would be legendary. Badass tweener Brock and Paul versus Hollywood Batista? I'm all about that life.

Love Batista, love Brock, but this match has no right being happening when there's much better matches out there for best of them.
Batista only wants to work the house show circuits, anyway. And Lesnar is the guy who never goes near a house show event.
