So, some people are unhappy with Rollin's world heavyweight championship reign. They think he's been made to look like a totally, incompetent, weak, little weasel. They say his segments are repetitive, mainly due to the whole Authority thing. However he is defending it regularly.
People didn't like Brock's title reign for a different reason; while he was a dominant, intimidating 'final boss' champion, he went about three months without defending it at one point.
Which did you prefer?
Could it be argued that Brock brought prestige to the title? Certainly when he did decide to show up, most notably at the Rumble and Wrestlemania, the matches had that big fight feel. The anticipation of an ass kicking could be felt whilst watching those matches.
However, you could argue that Seth has proved that its better to not have a part time guy hold the belt. At least we see the belt every week.
Thoughts?

Lesnar's defenses were all easily part of the best WWE matches period for this era. Both Cenas, the 3 way, and the Roman you can all argue as minimum 4.5 stars imo.
Rollins is the typical "chickenshit" heel run of the mill. Face gets upperhand, shenanigans ensue, Rollins retains. With either Ambrose or Heel Reigns , i believe the match quality will improve. Rollins is a phenomenal wrestler, but is being bogged down with the Authority BS

Rollins. It was easy for Lesnar to be impressive when he isn't there. Rollins is there every week with top-quality performances.
By the way, the thread title and the poll title are asking two different questions.

Lesnar's. At least I remember him being champ. I have to be reminded Rollins is the champ. Personally, I find Rollins to be a charismaless body just keeping the belt warm for the real intended champion. Maybe they need to turn him face, but right now he's just not doing it for me. They could easily have anyone else in Rollins spot and it would be the same. At least Lesnar has good matches and is memorable. Rollins might have good matches, but as a character...he is the drizzling shits.

At this point I'd be fine with Roman as champ

Lesnar and it isn't even close. Rollins' reign is quickly rivaling the Miz's and Mysterio's for crappiest reign ever.

Lesnar easily. His reign was actually booked well, the product was just awful when he was champion. Not like he had much to do with that.
Now, the product's not so bad but man, Rollins is a lame champ. It feels no different than when Orton was champ because it's more about HHH, Steph, and the Authority than any individual champion.

It was really exciting when Lesnar won the title, then we had a rematch, then he wasn't around much for a few months until that great Royal Rumble match. Then a great WrestleMania match a bit later.
It was really exciting when Rollins won the title, but since then his reign has not been that well booked. Playing up the Authority in-fighting too much. I did really like the Rollins/Ziggler match on SD this week, and the Ambrose match tonight could be damn good. Hopefully we'll see the Rollins booking here evolve and get more interesting.
I voted for the Lesnar reign, but it's still pretty early into Rollins run. I'm expecting to prefer Rollins first title run overall by the end of it.

Lesnar.
Nothing interesting about Rollins' reign except the way he won it...that's literally it.

While there were things they could've done to improve Brock Lesnar's reign, his was far more meaningful. Rollins' cash-in was awesome, but they're not really doing anything with him.

At least with Orton's reign we got a ton of ridiculously good TV matches, and the elimination chamber match. All of Rollins' matches during this reign have been so meh.

And that is exactly the problem I have with Rollins as champ. I love the guy, he's entertaining and his matches are generally fun to watch but his reign feels the same as Orton's. Hell, even the Authority is losing confidence in him in almost the exact same way. It's repetitive and boring but through no fault of Rollins. Lesnar all the way. I didn't mind that he was absent from tv for long stretches. It made all his appearances that much more meaningful and impactful when he did show up.
