Maybe the gooker should be like the oscars and have different categories
- Gooker award - THE worst thing of the year - Worst feud - Worst match - Worst promo - Worst PPV - Worst TV episode - Worst performer of the year*
Each will be fan votes obviously
*Thanks Hit Girl for this one, I know it's different to your original intention but I feel it covers the same ground

There should also be the Local Award for a performer you are absolutely, utterly and completely sick and tired of seeing.

Although I will give you this, I will have no problem if the RR 15 wins the Gooker if the reasoning is because Deal and Alvarez are writing The Death Of TNA.

I'm almost tempted to do (or have someone else do) a year end official board dealy based on voting with various categories but after seeing how the board used to react to the Gooker when WrestleCrap was still a part of the forum officially, I'm wary about all the dissent and negative feedback to really want to bother.
When someone votes and it doesn't win, some people tend to get pretty upset about it. I think that's what drove the Gooker downhill. It, much like WrestleCrap, was better off just being a small thing RD threw together. The more people that got involved with the inductions and the more it became open to voting (which yes, was tampered with and rigged as I remember it going around how people can vote multiple times) it just got so angry seeming and diluted.
It'd be a cheap rip off, but we of course can always do our own year end voting things and include a category for bad booking/unintentional comedy kinda stuff. Problem is, that'd be down to vote and as I said people get pretty twisted out of shape over such things, and you also have to find a way to outright prevent smark rage from taking over the nominees and votes in the first place.

I recommend another catagory.
The "Gowen Award" for when gimmicks and angles gain the exact opposite reaction to the one intended, such as the fans enthusiastically cheering the destruction of someone who is supposed to be a sympathetic face.
The trophy itself would a gold plated depiction of Brock rolling Zack Gowen down a flight of stairs.

You could just let me do it, I'll decide who wins, and when people argue with me, I tell them to F off and ban them.

I've already been doing this kind of thing (well, the first three years were co-written with @fsinfan, but the last one was all me) for the main site with the Golden Snowcones. www.freakinawesomenetwork.net/2015/01/4th-annual-fan-wwe-awards-part-1/www.freakinawesomenetwork.net/2015/01/4th-annual-fan-wwe-awards-part-2/Those have been board-voted since the beginning of them in 2012.

Honestly, between Dixie bringing in Jeff Jarrett without notifying either the talent or the damned network, putting him over at Slammiversary XIII so he can win the KOTM Championship and take it to GFW, and letting her free agents go to GFW under the pretenses of invasion storyline #3508 all the while giving the impression of a company in it's death throes, if TNA DOESN'T win the Gooker this year, I might be legitimately offended.
