I thought this thread said "Bret in the East"... Bret Hart touring Japan could have been gold! Antonio Inoki would come up to him with tears in his eyes and tell Bret that he was the best wrestler ever. Bret would then proceed to f*** thirty geisha girls during the rest of the tour.

Yes! Adding network exclusive big shows seems like a no brainer. Also long as they put on a good card, they don't need to add a ton of pyro/hoopla. It'd be a very low cost way to keep subs high.

I know and half the time they spoil the shows with app notifications (I even turned them off but still get them) or by making the place holder image one of the main event winner celebrating. Plus I suck at avoiding spoilers. And I am only partially serious. If I had a decent sleep schedule this wouldn't be an issue but I am usually getting to sleep an hour or two before this one would start.

I prefer this to having a PPV every two weeks like they originally proposed.
It won't be any different than a regular house show except you make something big happen each time. This time we get an NXT Title match, but the next one you can have the first ever Orton vs Wyatt match or a 10 man tag with the top faces vs top heels.

I don't like the idea of having more shows like this.
There are quite a few guys on the roster who mostly (or only) wrestle on house shows. And if house shows become "big" events, then there's a possibility that WWE will stop booking the lower tier guys on these shows with the rationalization that they aren't "worthy" of being booked.

I wish they'd finally axe Superstars or Main Event and reboot Prime Time Wrestling with entertaining, improvising hosts and pre-taped compilations of the type of looser "house show matches" we received at BITE from shows across the country (and world).
Then I realized no one will ever fill the shoes of Brain and Gorilla as hosts, that we would likely be seeing 20 minutes of Slater vs. Rose a week and that it would eventually fall into the same tired formula that Main Event and Superstars did.

I think Corey Graves has the potential to be Jesse Ventura good, if he had a babyface who could keep up with him. The only one they have right now that possibly could is Cole, but he's not really likeable enough.

Hey, I live in America, but whenever I watch Raw I'm bleary eyed and half asleep too.

This is great.
This is what they've should've done since the Network started. More random live events aired on the Network to entice people to sign up to see new content not seen on PPV or your regular WWE norm of watching them.
Hopefully they air an MSG house show down the line.

I heard they're going to have a special from Nikki Bella's hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona. It will be titled Breast in the West.
