So of any of you who grew up with the NES, or are younger and just enjoy playing NES games. What music from a game do you find the catchiest? Like gets stuck in your head all day catchiest. I think I have to go with this...
It just stays with you, and stays, and stays.

This one gives Castlevania a run for its money, but it has the disadvantage of being in a bad game.
Bad game, catchy music.

See to me with Zelda, it's the overworld music that gets trapped in my head.

Pretty much the entire library of Capcom's 8-bit sound team.

I'm not going to post any vids, but most Sunsoft games had INCREDIBLE music on their games. The first stage of Journey to Silius was badass to the max.
Capcom obviously ruled most of their games, specifically Mega Man and my personal favorite is the soundtrack from the 3rd game, the select stage music just pumped you up. Another great track is the Himalayas theme in Duck Tales.
Zelda 2 gets a lot of hate, despite being one of the best games on the system, but I love the palace theme.
Battling Precariously is probably my favorite track from the Ninja Gaiden trilogy
Crystalis is another underrated classic that has plenty of awesome tracks.

Taito's games, especially the ones they released near the end of the NES's lifespan (many of which are, unfortunately, incredibly rare games) had several good songs.

You can take pretty much any random NES game, and odds are the music will be great.

Action 52 is pretty awful, but the Cheetahmen theme is catchy as hell.
