Well... at least people tuned in to watch Lesnar/Undertaker.
Shame they pretty much jumped ship after.

That Cena panic button really helped boost viewership in Hour 3.

All this shows is that they're right to rely on part timers.

All this shows is that they're right to rely on part timers. Ratings are always up after a PPV. Taker/Brock was the big selling point yesterday, and they didn't even get +300k total Far from a disaster, but pretty disappointing nonetheless

Looks like the nationwide broadcast of the American Huckleberry Festival really set them back.

Looks like the nationwide broadcast of the American Huckleberry Festival really set them back. Personally, I blame the general fear of Winter Solstice that comes about at around 7 PM in Canada. Emotions get crazy without the NBA and dog shows to calm us down.

Thanks to their overreliance on part time talent and habit of making talent who will be there full time second rate, they're paying more for ever decreasing results. Anyone who watched WCW or TNA could have told them that this was going to happen, but here we are.

Really sad when Raw is losing out to f***ing Love and Hip Hop Atlanta when it used to beat Monday Night Football!

Ratings are down all across television.
People have millions of options for viewing now. Hell if people want to spend their Monday watching Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker the WWE themselves provide the means to watch them during their peaks.
it's the second most watched show on the whole of cable for the night and people are still saying it's not good enough?

I do wonder how much Brock is bringing in for the company.
Not to go after him. Love the dude but he's kinda just there when it comes to drawing interest it seems.

Raw was on a steady decline since the Attitude Era but yeah, every other show has. Raw's lost 2 million viewers in the three years since it switched to three hours. That should be a pretty big concern to the company.

It's not like there was a sudden bomb of content that has caused ratings to fall this summer specifically. This time last year, Raw was averaging over 4.1 million viewers per week. The year before, it was a little over 4 million. 2012 had the average at about 4.35 million. Hell, during football season over the past three years, Raw has averaged at least 3.8 million viewers. And now, without that competition, that same 3.8 million is seen as a high that can only be achieved due to nostalgic acts. It's time WWE stop getting excuses - the ratings are down not because there's suddenly so much competition, but because the product sucks.

It's a show that represents ALL of wrestling and it's losing to a very specific show. About hip hop, in a single state. (kind of ironic they're losing to another Atlanta based company)

It hasn't lost two million - that's taking Raw 1000 as the norm, which it very much wasn't. Raw's lost about half a million viewers since then. Now, if you want to say that the 6 million that Raw 1000 had shows the potential viewership that they could bring in, that would be one thing. But pointing to it as the viewers that they've lost since then isn't right - most of that two million were viewers they didn't even have at that time.
