It's an experiment for how ready people are for the new triple performance of Limp Bizkit, Kid Rock, and Linkin Park!
If it works out, we'll be all set for the next one at Wrestlemania featuring Korn, the Cranberries, and the Offspring!

I can't sit through 4 hours of that crap.
Good thing I have Nitro.

I remember everyone here thought that when they expanded Raw to 3 hours, we would actually get longer matches, instead of extra recaps, commercials, movie trailers, and recaps of the recaps. So yeah. Expecting the same thing. I believe we actually did, and continue to get longer matches on Raw. To the point where the matches sometimes seem long for the sake of being long.

Hmm. I guess that's my fault for not trying to watch Raws live anymore. They must've finally gotten better with it because I remember it being pretty bad for a good while after the changeover.

Yes, they are testing it for 4 hour RAW's. God help us all. Don't mind the big 4 going four hours but hopefully it doesn't extend to all the PPV's/Special Events. That'd be way overkill.

Expecting the same thing. Check the stats though We usually get two to four 10+minute matches every RAW...unthinkable 10 or 20 years ago

If they can get SummerSlam as a huge event, pretty sure they can get cities bidding on it like they do for WrestleMania.
Local economy influx and what not.

The thing with three hours is that we get more recaps and longer matches (that don't always warrant it), but it seems like it's still two hours worth of content.

They don't use the time they have properly. Why add more time?
Four hours is just a chore to sit through with the way they run their show.

Yes for the big 4 (or 5 if they make KOTR a PPV)
The rest should stay as is

I think someone needs to let WWE in on the secret that longer doesn't necessarily mean better (see; Monday Night RAW).
