I see Ovince St. Preux getting a 2nd round KO. Hopefully this look like it could be one of those tentative fights.

Ronda is already a draw for you UFC. I don't need to see her in 3 commercials every break.

She's turning into the Peyton Manning of UFC I'm pretty sure networks play a part in this but Dana F'n White should be insisting more of his guys get showcased. Mighty Mouse hardly get any love. People complain about his personality but that didn't stop them from marketing Cain all the time before the injuries caught up to him.

The main event was awesome, but in my opinion if St Preux wants to be a contender he needs to have a ground game and takedown defense, Glover schooled him.

I agree you can't live on your stand up when everybody know what's the deal with you. However, he is still young and if he can get that part under control he will be good.

Fight wise he's not that young, he's 32, the elite light heavyweights wrestled all their life, there are all Americans and Olympic level athletes. The only exception that actually learned the ground game aspect late in life was Mark Hunt, lets hope OSP can learn new skills, but I can't see it happening, and if he only focuses on the grappling aspect, his striking could diminish, he needs a new camp, because he didn't worked on his wrestling weakness after the Ryan Bader fight.

That was his best chance at getting closer to a title fight. Glover hasn't really been the same since the Jon Jones beating and I still don't see him getting a shot unless he fights someone else. People tend to switch camps when their feelings get hurt and don't see what's best for them immediately. He knows that he need to fix the ground game but nobody in camp is really going to put emphasis on it or he just can't the top guys he needs to grapple with him.

I think that OSP should join Alliance MMA, Alexander Gustaffson sucked at wrestling before joining the team, Phil Davis would help him a lot. Regarding Glover, I'm glad he's using his ground game more, his chin has taken some punishment, Fabio Maldonado and Bader almost hurt him, before he defeated them. He has power in his hands, but his bjj is even better, you're right he needs another fight before he challenges for the title again.

OSP would be such a great fighter if he didn't have the lowest fight IQ known to man. Watching this dude walking around with his hands down and going for takedowns on guys that are worlds ahead of him on the ground is as hilarious as it is astonishingly silly.
