If Taker beats Lesnar, I sort off hope the crowd gives it huge BULLSHIT chants.

If it means Taker retires, then what's the issue?
His WM value ceased to exist the moment he lost to Lesnar. There's nothing left for him to do.

If it means 'Taker is finally going to go away then I'm all for it. Hopefully Big Show and Kane join him.

Maybe it won't be a retirement match, but a Retirement Home brawl, where both Brock and Paul make fun of Taker being too old and that the Retirement Home is the best place for him, and they will "make" sure it will be with the help of crutches, chairs and tables. And Steve Blackman and Al Snow as guest officials for the match.

I can't believe they had both Sting and Undertaker in the SAME BUILDING at the SAME TIME and they went with Sting/HHH and Taker/Wyatt instead.
That's gotta be up there with the biggest fails of all time.
I mean the only reason people even wanted Sting in WWE all these years was so he could face Taker... surely Vince knows this?

Taker finally gets his win vs brock at summerslam somehow (kane comes back? J&J run brock over with a monster truck before the match?) Heymen flips out on RAW the next night and cuts a promo for the "tiebreaker" in this best of 3 series at Mania and says
"if my client, brock lesnar, the conqueror and the 1 in 22 and 1 can't beat the deadman, as he should have before taker's baby brother came down to save him form getting buried in suplex city, at wrestlemania then he will retire from this industry BUT undertaker if you want to erase the only blemish on your wrestlemania record and avenge the loss of your streak then YOU have to put your career on the line too. and to make sure no one interferes to save you this time undertaker it will be your specialty match, at wrestlemania you will face brock lesnar at HELL IN THE CELL! and then sir, you will finally rest,in,peace, thanks to BRRRRRROCK LESNAR"
cause 1) no one ever seems to win their "specialty matches", like ever. (ok dudleys MAY have won a table match once) and 2) taker gets to retire at mania in texas and 3) bonus heel heat for brock as the man who retired the phenom since none of the regular roster is seen at "that level" except Cena to be able to get people to belive they could do it and get the benefits of such a win (Owens would probably be the best option on the heel side of things)

...What's bad about that? Taker, it's time to call it a day, brah. If it means Taker wins, literally everything.

Brock ain't going anywhere. Let's be reasonable here. Even the idiots that book WWE know that Brock is a better investment than Taker could ever be.

But Taker isn't going to retire at Summerslam is he? He'll be wrestling at Mania next year. Taker has house shows to wrestle in Mexico this year, might be at Surivor Series. He's a dead cert to wrestle mania 32. In other words, Bork gets Borked. He could come out of retirement to wrestle if they wanted.

I'm not a fan of retirement clauses because only HBK has stuck to it. Foley did for years before returning to TNA
I don't like them because, let's say Taker loser but in a year decides he's healthy enough for a one-off match. You know WWE is going to trot him out there anytime they get a chance too, so now they've nullified a major stipulation.

Since when have Cageside Seats been a good source for first-hand news?
Didn't they also say that Reigns had been "leaked" as the MITB winner?

I think at this point with the way all of the stuff went with Reigns, ending the streak was a mistake. Unstoppable Brock is great, but it could have been achieved without ending the streak. I think the right story to tell now is Taker losing AGAIN to Lesnar at SummerSlam, before returning at Mania 32 to avenge the loss and end on a high note. I know legends usually like to do the honors on the way out, but if anyone deserves a hero's EXIT, it's Taker.

It's a stupid stipulation. Brock isn't going to retire, and if Undertaker loses why bother with the match in the first place? Brock certainly doesn't need that win.
And as many people have echoed, why the hell would Undertaker hang it up at Summerslam?
Of course, it IS pro wrestling, and it wouldn't be the first time Undertaker lost a match which stipulated he had to quit...

If Taker beats Lesnar, I sort off hope the crowd gives it huge BULLSHIT chants. The crowd is never going to revolt against The Undertaker. I thought the "tombstone city" and "one more time" chants kinda made that obvious.
