His job is literally just to be big, and throw people around. I like the gimmick. The classic "I Feel No Pain" works for a guy like him. I wish they'd give him some squash matches so you don't have The Shield getting murked every week.

The fact that Reigns at WrestleMania laughed through a Brock Lesnar beatdown then came back strong at the end of the match, but has to sell like death for this guy is pretty idiotic. It's like they went from pushing Reigns as this unstoppable badass to treating him like a straight midcarder. I know people booed the guy, but the booking is way too inconsistent.

Braun not being a part of NXT actually helps the mystique of the Wyatt Family gimmick, taking someone who could've been found at random out in the country and brainwashing them is part of Bray's gimmick. He's been doing NXT house shows and dark matches for a while now and will probably continue to under the Black Sheep gimmick.
It's not like Finn Balor was going to be in the Wyatts, and someone like Bull Dempsey in the Wyatts would be a joke.

Dang even Festus needed a bell to unlock his no-sell offense, and he still ended up losing clean as a sheet whenever he fought Big Show or Taker, or any other main eventer.
How this guy gets to just come in and toy with Reigns and Ambrose single-handedly not only makes The Shield Remnants look bad, but also makes Harper and Wyatt look weak for not being able to get the job done that one guy can with ease.
He needs a weakness, like Rusev and his bitches.

In two months, he'll be selling this offence. That's why I hate the no-pain gimmick, because it always disappears.

It reminds me of Khali's debut squashing The Undertaker, or Lord Tensai beating Cena clean. (well, Tensai wasn't new but was treated so).

I like him, he is the kind of old school monster heel that fits in well with the Wyatt gimmick.
It"s kind of interesting too if you think about it, the Shield minus the 'architect' can't work out how to bring this guy down. If they wanted to weave a subtle Shield reunion story into this angle it's all there...

I kinda feel like Broom Strudleman is the kinda guy that'll become a comedy jobber in a few months. Why is this fan's obsession a monster heel to comedy jobber I mean barbarian and haku were jtts, but they were still believable heels

Ambrose took so much damage from Rollin's during that ladder match I mean, what? Now this guy comes out of nowhere and does this to these two? Really? Come on now WWE.

If they had him beating up other people instead of the same Semi-Shield beatdowns on consecutive shows, it'd be more than welcome.

He may not have ever made it to the TV Show, but he was still training at the performance center and worked house shows. That's how people here knew who he was.

I like the idea of monster heels, but WWE has too much TV for them to not quickly wear out their welcome.
Especially when next to nobody can look like a legit monster when Brock Lesnar is on the roster, ready to laugh in their face and be all "Do you even German, bro?"

Not gonna lie, I'd laugh if one of these BRAUN STRAUN beatdown segments was interrupted by Brock casually just walking to the ring, suplexing everyone, then just leaving.

Strawman or whatever the hell his name is?
Ugh. Slow and boring. He looks like Ogre on Revenge of the Nerds to me. These big men...ugh. You have other big guys like Owens who can wrestle and yet they still bring in these type of guys. He'll turn on Wyatt eventually and turn midcard comedy babyface leading to his release before it's all said and done. That's probably for the best.

Someone like Strowman isn't an attraction because of his workrate; wrestling needs its share of giant freakshow dudes who can hurl people around like ragdolls. Especially now that the predominant giant freakshow dude, Big Show, is (please for the love of god) on his way out.
