Easy
- Have Big Show be a trash-talking heel who always wear suits, similar to Suge Knight - Give him a stable of at least 3 dudes, preferably more and have them be the lackeys who always fight - Make Big Show a Kingpin (Wilson Fisk) type of character who can't be touched because of his men and just talks in the shadows - Big Show never wrestles and his lackeys take to the ring in the feuds - Spend months of his lackeys fighting the faces until Big Show is the final conflict on a big ppv - Beat Big Show and move onto another face - Repeat formula - Potentially follow-up with a lackey turning on him, give Show new lackeys, just form an entire network for the guy
He'd be an even larger heel. Even more so Big Show's greatest strength, his mic skills, will be highlighted and he's also rarely wrestling. His lackeys get built up as well.

Give him a Shakespearean actor gimmick. He delivers his soliloquys in the middle of his matches.

Just have him interact with the audience with a weekly segment instead of him wrestling.

Easy. Make him the wcw version of The Giant. Have him snap and destroy everyone at ringside and the ring. Bring back his one armed black singlet. Maybe alter his beard, trim it down a bit or go all out with a massive beard like the wyatts.
Reasons for snapping is he grew tired of everyone over looking his "father" andre as the one true wrestling figure that alone was larger than life. He didnt need hogan to be andre or anyone else.
Have him destroy the roster with few exceptions like the wyatts etc any other heels. Have this version beat brock and make it believable. Have him win the word title evenutally and make him unstoppable.
Id like to see another dungeon of doom stable that could act as his advocate and build on the monster he once was. Maybe even wyatt could be the one to do it. Like how jake tricked the ultimate warrior when facing taker.
Thats the only thing that can save him at this point. No interest in anything else.

Have him act like he did when he was ECW champ. Dude was awesome then.

I've always found him enjoyable in a tag team with someone on the smaller side, who is also a loud mouth. (JerriShow & Show-Miz) If he wasn't on the sidelines, I think a Big Show/Tyson Kidd team could have been fun.

Every once in a while, he will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and say TOASTY!

Big Show, small business owner.
After his strip mall goes under, he opens up an Etsy and finds moderate success, so he decides to go grander, setting up shop backstage each week, ala APA. Skits include him selling singlets to Divas and handmade boots to Randy Orton.

I like this, and if I may add on to it: - Big Show makes the bulk of these appearances by video on the Titantron. He seldom appears in person. - If he is in persn, it's for a contract signing, business deal or a match only. Don't even let him otherwise accompany his lackies to the ring. - This not only makes him a special attraction as a giant again, but makes when he actually does show up another really big deal.

Perfect, absolutely what I think. Big Show's also stated that he wants a lighter schedule so it works for everyone involved.

Big Show can be reasonably good at been goofy. I'd find him a SRS straight man to be his tag partner and have Show be the goofy guy trying to get the SRS guy to lighten up by acting like a goofball all the time. A bit like Head Cheese I suppose.
