You can't fire him, and he has to be on TV every week. So How do you do it?
For me, I think it would be hilarious if Show tried to show the world he was more than just a big angry giant. Show is a real WRESTLER. And he starts chain wrestling and wearing a headset and doing various other Amateur wrestling things. He refrains from punching and Chokeslamming people from now on.
That, or I'd just stick him on commentary. Your picks?

Just let him be a disgruntled goofy heel, because he's shown to be pretty f***ing great at it this year.

Make him either a manager or announcer.
If he's going to wrestle, have him be that Mark Henry-type heel from a few years ago that is always pissed off and yelling random shit.

Have every show end with all the babyfaces hitting their finishers on him.
Send the fans home happy, innit?

I found it pretty entertaining when Stephanie was mentally abusing him.
Do that again

Remember the era of the Showster and Showkishi? Just do that. Big Show comes out each week with a different random gimmick and squashes somebody irrelevant while doing their moves and mannerisms. It'd be great, would play to his strengths, and he wouldn't be eating up much TV time.

Make him a manager or GM or something where he's not f***ing wrestling.

He dances at ringside in the Baby New Year's get-up every show for the entire show.
It is never acknowledged once by commentary or the crowd. Only the other wrestlers notice he's there, and that only involves them staring at him in a perplexed manner upon entering the ring.

Big Show's already more entertaining than half the roster.
Give him the IC belt and have him run open challenges similar to Cena. And when he's not wrestling, put him on commentary for matches featuring some of the guys who are in the running for the belt. When he's on commentary, he's rocking the shirt/tie/vest combination.
After about 4 months and a couple solid defenses on PPV, have him drop the belt to a fan favorite. Then move him on to another project.

Coming soon to the WWE Network and replacing the first hour of Raw... Days of Our Shows...When down on his luck giant the Big Show lands the land deal of a lifetime, a strip mall, it seems like his life is finally turning around. But after betrayal, steamy encounters, heartbreak, and more heartbreak, Big Show heads towards a doomed path of debt, tears, and loneliness that no kiosk can fix.
