Watching Raw 225 and during an ad break, they leave in audio of I think JR talking to production, ending in "It says they. Who's they? Those bastards."

360 OTC was the official pain relief of Wrestlemania 23.
I'll leave the joke for somebody else.

So I'm watching the Nitro after Great American Bash 2000, and Vampiro's in the back talking to some hooded figure....is that the character that Christopher Daniels was supposed to play, and is that him in the segment?

Just finished watching Bash at the Beach 1997. Pretty good main event, but I don't know why the announcers kept getting fooled by the fake Stings. You would think that "Sting" being 7 feet tall and stepping over the ropes would have given them the clue that it was Kevin Nash in a shitty Sting mask. Oh well, the show was very good, just the ending was kind of funny. lol

There's something oddly charming about Juventud Guerrera's broken English later on in promos for WCW.
Edit: Also, I forgot that Lance Storm came into WCW as a face.

WCW held a "Be Goldberg's Special Guest Manager" contest....at a period in 2000 when Goldberg was supposed to be a hated heel. Jesus, this company probably couldn't manage a trip to the bathroom without pissing down it's leg before getting the zipper open.

I believe this is around the time that Foley described WCW as a company who could "f*** up a wet dream". Same book I think that he apologized for being a little unfair about Bischoff in an interview after leaving WCW, as well as said Russo had good ideas, just he also had terrible ones that brought heat on companies without any benefit, so he wasn't just being a dick or anything.

I swear I watched all the Nitros up to Dec.99. Why is Psicosis unmasked and I heard nothing about it? I thought it happened on Nitro. Maybe I've blocked it out.

Not so much learnt, more remembered. Given what we all know now, the match card for KOR 2002 is ridiculously good.
Jericho v RVD Brock Lesnar v Test Hurricane v Jamie Noble Eddie Guerrero v Ric Flair Trish v Molly Holly Kurt Angle v Hulk Hogan Brock Lesnar v RVD Triple H v Undertaker
Now THAT is a line-up.

I just finished Russo's first wcw run with the go-home shows for Souled Out 2000 and I will give him credit the shows were so much better than before he got there but that said they were still terrible just way to much happening with little consequence what makes something big or special is that it doesn't happen 5 times every segment.People like Hall & Nash,Elizabeth,Luger,Kimberly,David Flair,Flithy Animals and the revolution appearing over 10 times apiece on a single show many times. That said he had something for everybody on the roster.I thought Norman Smiley & Luger were the most entertaining guys during this time period. Not looking forward to this Kevin Sullivan run but atleast Raw is improving.

Bill Pullman was in WWE? 😛 Bill Paxton. It was a typo. They looked totally different, why do people get them confused? It's not a Dylan McDermott/Dermot Mulroney situation!

Okay, so I absolutely remember this wrestler as an entity, but almost nothing about him, narrative-wise. From WCW 2000, what the f*** was Reno's deal?

Okay, so I absolutely remember this wrestler as an entity, but almost nothing about him, narrative-wise. From WCW 2000, what the f*** was Reno's deal? "As you can see, the real deal with Reno is that he's a retired pro wrestler. He's in his early-forties, is unmarried, and current resides in Las Vegas, Nevada!" Seriously though, he was supposed to be some tough guy from an "underground fighting league" that was an enforcer for the Natural Born Thrillers. Later, he started feuding with Vito and it was revealed that Reno was dating Vito's sister. Also, Reno and Vito were brothers. Vince McMahon has gotta be pissed that WCW did the incest angle before he got to.
