Pretty awesome video. Interesting explanation, and Show came off as a nice, genuine dude asking Corey how he's doing and what not.

This Superstar Ink series has been cool so far.
Not sure why any new material goes on YouTube and not the Network though but there you go.

The title of this thread makes it look like Graves is talking about his tattoo.
Corey: "Hey Big Show, you might not have noticed, but did you know I have a tattoo?"

A free month is more than enough for those interested. Giving it all away free is insulting to those who pay.

It doesn't really bother me because it's not like Superstar Ink is a make-or-break for me, or many others I'd assume. If they were putting full PPVs and old Raws on youtube I'd be bothered.

What's crazy is that they've got old NXT Redemption episodes on Youtube on their official channel, that they won't put on the Network.

I love this series, the first with Rollins was so good. Corey comes across so great and Show checking in on him and giving a pep talk was touching. I remember this used to be just a pic and small blurb type thing on .com and I was just hoping for that to return but this has been so much better.

I can only imagine how low Graves must feel seeing his peers he wrestled with on the indies then NXT becomes stars while fate kicked his balls in.
I hope his revelation as a sensational commentator / media guy helps. His promos have been his strength since his SJK days.

However I feel bad for him every time he's called "WWE Network's Corey Graves", it's the worst introduction since "Above Average" and is just a reminder that his former peers are wrestling on TV while commentators who are worse than him are calling their matches.

Big Show is cool as hell. As much as we rag on him, Big Show seems like one of those guys that would be so much fun to hang out with and shoot the breeze with.

It does sound super-lame, but the WWE Network is their new, cutting-edge thing. It's got NXT, the hippest brand in all the land, and all the Attitude Era and specials about how awesome Triple H is, pop-culture based shows, so it's actually painting him as this WWE tastemaker/hipster, the in the know guy with hisear to the ground.

Hearing that TIJ podcast where even Show himself rip on his creative direction (am I a heel or babyface today?) made me like him even more. He's just doing his job, no matter how dumb they have his character. I still like the guy, doesn't mean I'll stop rolling my eyes when he turns face/heel for the third time today.

Big Show/Paul Wight/The Giant is the greatest "giant" in the history of the business. Even over Andre. There, I said it. Andre may have been booked better, but Show is a better promo and a better worker. The problem with show is that he's a monster, and you can't have a monster in 2015 WWE without having the Brock Lesnar contract. Overexposure kills monsters, and the product is definitely overexposed. In the older days, you'd have booked him to kill some jobbers for 3 or 4 months to build up the aura, months 5 and 6 he kills some midcarders, except he maybe sells one or two moves. Month 7 is dedicated to the number 2 guy staring at the lights, month 8 is the rematch where number 2 guy gets kayfabe hospitalized. THEN you get to the number 1 babyface in month 9 or so, and the monster wins, the fans are upset, etc. etc. Babyface takes a month or two off TV to recover, comes back for the rematch, wins a hard fought match where all the stops are pulled out. For the TL/DR crowd: Big Show is awesome, he just can't be booked the way he should in the modern WWE.

I seriously believe that if you'd have put Big Show in Andre The Giant's era, he'd be more revered and beloved than Andre is today. Vice versa, you put Andre in today's era (moreso mid '80s and beyond Andre when he'd clearly lost a lot of his in-ring ability), and you've basically got another Great Khali on your hands.

I don't know if he was as bad as Khali, but Andre got by on being a special attraction, and.. well, a giant. He didn't have to sell much, he rarely left his feet, and his offense was standard "big guy" stuff. He also wasn't half as fast as the Big Show is.
