With their names on the door?
We've seen Lesnar has his own. That's understandable. But mid-card guys like Rusev this week and Ziggler last week? How do they decide who goes where each arena they visit? Do the New Day share one? Does Michael Cole have his own room?
I think we deserve some answers.

There's a dark match mini Rumble at each location before the crowd is seated. Winner gets a dressing room.

Ziggler and Rusev are IN the midcard by virtue of not being involved with the title picture/Cena/Authority, but we're not supposed to think of them as lowly midcarders. They're have their own locker room while REAL midcarders like Neville, etc. share a common locker room.

Start at 1:50
If you're a lower card guy you share with the rest, if you're uppercard or main eventing you get your own. Ziggler didn't have his own locker room at this point, Cena showed up because he has Cena Sense. Rusev probably got one around the time he joined the Authority's team a bit or when he faced Cena, who knows.
But it sorta makes sense little by little. It's small stuff like this that make me like the product more. I was thinking "damn Ziggler moved up, he has his own locker room now".

The great thing about these segments is you have to figure in some cases, they just stick a nameplate on a door and someone is actually standing in a cleaning supply closet in the dark yelling.

Thing is though, same storyline had a segment where AJ walked into the communal locker room to see Cena, implying he still gets changed with the boys. It gave us confused 3MB in towels, thus becoming one of the only entertaining things about the angle.

Lower-card geeks get to share a locker room, everybody at the level of...The Miz or something close to that gets their own locker room, varying in size depending on who it is.
At least, that's the way I like to see it.
