In TNA he had the ability to create and grow a character after playing the same role for over 15 years, and put promos into his on words and make them work with the character that he was portraying.
Under the current regime, no one can truly get over, much less have a good solo run.

Yes.
When he faced off with Big E at the PPV last week it was f***ing amazing and shows just how great he could be in a singles role. Then the announcers ruined the moment.

It'd depend entirely on your expectations. I don't think he'll ever be the WWE champion, but I don't think he would lack credibility against a lot of guys. Depends where you would want him.
