Are there any?
I always thought the episode where Ned goes crazy was out of place, but I even found that funny

The Principal and the Pauper from season 9 The Cartridge Family isn't that great but that seems to be more mixed as opposed to outright bad. All Singing, All Dancing

The Principal and the Pauper.
Not even because of what they did with Skinner, but it's not even good outside of what they did with the character. The first true, pure stinker the Simpsons ever did.

Is the one where Lisa gets her saxophone in the first ten series? If so, that one.

I must be the only person in the world that actually likes The Principle and the Pauper.

I must be the only person in the world that actually likes The Principle and the Pauper. Nope, I've always liked it, I kinda get the hate, but it's a good episode.

I always thought A Streetcar Named Marge was a very dull episode.

Most of seasons 9 & 10 are pretty bad. When they came out my buddy was considering buying it on dvd, and he counted about one good episode per disk before passing. There are very good episodes in nine, but for us it really is when the show started slipping.

I'm really bad at episode names but the clip show that was also a musical was pretty bad.
The Springfield Files wasn't a bad episode but it created the formula of lazy celebrity centric episodes.

I would say the musical clip show, but considering it is a clip show, it's probably unfair to call it a "bad" episode.

I remember a few of the first season episodes not being great... but I can't think of them off the top of my head

I remember a few of the first season episodes not being great... but I can't think of them off the top of my head I would not call "There's No Disgrace Like Home" BAD per se, but it seemed odd with how some of the characters acted. Yes, I am aware that this was very early in the show's run, and Homer was far from the idiot that we all came to know and love, but Marge going on a bender, as well as Lisa acting a certain way. They just seemed out of character considering how we would know them later on.

The one where Bart shoplifts a video game was never one of my favorites. Can't remember the name of it right off the top of my head.

I think the reason I don't like it, is because I used to watch Simpsons mostly through syndication, and MAN, they played that episode a ton on the station I watched it on, so I just got sick to death of it.
