Then waking up and not quite sure how long you've been asleep. It kinda feels like an ohshit moment, especially if you vaguely recall that you have to do something that day. Anyone else get that feeling when they wake up after accidentally dozing off?

Oh yeah, definitely. Often that realisation is "Oh shit, I have 10 minutes to get ready for work".

Mines kinda the opposite, since I'm unemployed and waiting for my disability to go through. It's more like "ah crap, I'm awake and bored again. I wish I had somewhere to be."

Quite often I will be watching a movie with my kids and I will suddenly realize that I have no idea what is going on because I just fell asleep for 15 or 20 minutes.
Other times they poke me and complain, "Daddy we can't hear the movie over your snoring."

As long as you don't wake up with your clothes off ashamed feeling so lost, you'll be fine.

The worst part is when you doze off on the couch at like 9:45pm, then wake up at 11:00pm but still have to do all the 'getting ready for bed' stuff.
By the time I actually make it to the bed I'm kind of awake again.

My biggest pet peeve is hitting the snooze button on your alarm, and then you blink and it's 30 minutes later.

Last week, I decided "I'll have a quick ten minute lie down, just to clear my head a bit." So naturally, I wake up 3 hours later groggy as f***.

I hate when you fall asleep and wake up, thinking it's the next morning and start to panic that you've missed doing stuff, just to realize eventually that it's still the same day and you're fine.

What about falling asleep on the toilet? That happens to me way more than it should.
