Anyone else have it weirdly skipping at the start of Emma/Shazza.
Also, Shazza looks like a cut-rate Alexa Bliss pre-Wub.

One of the best TV matches this year, at the very least one of the best tag matches, and it features two unsigned guys as well as a team that barely mattered two months ago.
NXT is kind of amazing.

Thanks for the spoiler.. Not really a spoiler, especially when you consider his mannerisms, especially post-match. Pissed off guy stares intently at the heel who annoyed him. Yup, totally shows a turn coming up. He looked more like he was having a stroke than turning. Please can people not put unmarked spoilers in the weekly threads, if we wanted that stuff we'd be in the taping spoiler thread. Also while I'm annoyed, yay NXT is coming to London, just after it's been harvested, no Owens, Breeze, Horsewomen (minus Bayley), I know it has to happen, but still, they couldn't have left a couple of these guys till the new year lol

I like how NXT just feels so different. I mean even jobbers are getting full entrances now.

I just started watching. Why are there so many divas from Australia?? Evie, Shazza, and Kay Lee all worked the Shimmer shows that happened the same week as the NXT taping. That's why. They just happened to be in the States. I would wager this is supposed to tie into the upcoming UK tour. I wouldn't doubt those three showing up at some of those shows.

He looked more like he was having a stroke than turning. His mannerisms feel a lot more aggressive, not to mention the crowd slowly turning on him are signs that he'll be turning sooner than later. Again, I mean upcoming mainly for the fact that it's been long speculated since before Respect that it was happening down the pipeline.

Really enjoyed Gable and Jordan/Ciampa and Gargano, one of the best non-Takeover NXT matches in recent months. Though I fear the build for the tag titles will involve Dash & Dawson and Team SAWFT, Gable and Jordan should be THE GUYS.
Nice showings by Shazza and KLR, and I'm surprised on the same day of tapings that they gave KLR more against Jax than they gave Evie. Jax got two of the best bumpers in her first two televised NXT matches.
Joe was the most motivated I've seen him since he started in NXT, can't wait to see how him and Finn progress.

I'd like to chime in that I'm also annoyed that future TV just got spoiled.

I didn't see the Balor batch. Hmm. Is it with the regular NXT footage?

Yeah the Balor match didn't make the cut.
God DAMN Dash & Dawson, although I found it slightly amusing that a push off a pretty low ramp is enough to completely KO Enzo, enough for them to massacre Big Cass

That was one of the most enjoyable tag matches I've seen in a long time, probably since The Shield were still together. Yes it had the face shine in the middle (seemingly all tag team matches that aren't in Mexico have to now) but it was absolutely minimal, balanced by the start and end of the match just having amazing chain wrestling and actual psychology.
I still think Tommaso whatever and Gargano need actual personalities, because at the moment they're still just 'dudes who wrestle.' But BOY can they wrestle.
Gable and Jordan on the other hand? Man I am sat here wearing an Enzo and Cass t-shirt as I type this, but I think Gable and Jordan are actually my favourite tag team in the company. Have they got any merch yet???
Gable just gets it. Saying 'thankyou' when swapping with Jordan, the chain wrestling, those two are money. And Jordan is coming along in leaps and bounds too, I was a bit worried it was going to be a one-man team at this rate but Jordan has the fans behind him too - it's just more like 70% Gable and 30% Jordan, which is way better a ratio than I thought it was.

Guess Bálor's match ended up being a dark match.

Guess Bálor's match ended up being a dark match. No clue why it wasn't televised Next week is supposed to be the big Finn vs Apollo showdown so I guess we won't see it then

Yeah I'm glad they're giving Jordan some love too. They really compliment each other well. I'm really hoping that Tomasso gets signed and they carry on with his Sicilian Psychopath character that he had in ROH. I see shades of Stone Cold in his work when he's playing the ruthless brawler type.

Apparently the reason Evie, Shazza, and Kay Lee Ray were on this taping was Sara Del Rey texted Lexie Fyfe (she runs SHINE and Slam min Ladies customs) the day before the taping and asked who was currently in her house. She gave her the list of names and those 3 were selected.
