Remember when Flair had a TLC, Ladder, I Quit and Extreme Rules match all in one year? What did you think about his hardcore work and any memories about it?
It was pretty awesome but sometimes it felt like they took it too far like when he took that backbump off the ladder at WM22. Ric Flair is not human.

That was the year Flair decided he's immortal and tried his best to kill himself to prove the theory.
It's 2015 and he's still kicking. It's inhuman.

What was the year he fought against HHH after asking Shawn with tears in his eyes "do you think I still have it in me?" Because that was some great stuff.

I swear that was a stuntman in a expensive Ric Flair costume.

It gets highly praised for the novelty, but if you go back and watch the Big Show/Flair ECW match and pretend it's just two random guys on some indy card, it's the most boring garbage brawl imaginable.

But sometimes its the latter that makes the match. You can do the same with Hogan/Warrior at WM VI.

That was the year Flair decided he's immortal and tried his best to kill himself to prove the theory. Pretty much. I feel like someone watched Flair wrestle that year and then went out and wrote "The Wrestler". Randy The Ram was born out of watching Flair in 2006

Why would I want to do that, though? Wrestling doesn't occur in a vacuum where only technical (or even hardcore) wrestling skill matters. Personalities can drive enjoyment moreso than probably anything else

If you want to be depressed watch Flair's 2010 last man standing match with Foley in Tna.
Jesus.
He was great in WWE though.

What's this about the father of Charlotte? You mean Charlotte: Ric Flair's Daughter, the daughter of Ric Flair?

Was this the year when he won the IC title and finally hit the axe handle off the top? I remember he got a huge pop for it and the commentators were like "HE DID IT!"

The I Quit he had with Foley made me realize why he was great. Not the match perse but his facial expressions. At the end when he yelled that if Foley didn't quit he was going to kill him, at that moment the crowd believed him, then his facial expression when he was going to hit Melina for intervening.
Flair is a master of a lost art that I don't think the newer generations are learning. He can make a matter personal. In my opinion most guys look kinda goofy when they try to act like they're mad, Ric Flair makes a face that he will fight anyone to the death.

Oh, I've heard of Former Husband of Charlotte, daughter of Ric Flair, Bram. He signed a multi-year deal with TNA, former employer of Ric Flair, father of WWE Diva's Champion, Charlotte: Daughter of Ric Flair.

Man, the crowd absolutely died when HHH hit the Pedigree.
