The only solace I could take from this hypothetical is that Trump would likely get so harshly booed that it would look bad. "Do you hear this crowd Michael they want more Trump"

Trump will stay far away from WWE until his political career is over.

Trump will stay far away from WWE until his political career is over. Hopefully the WWE will star far away from him until his political career is over. And then continue to do so forever.

What about Tex-Mex? That sounds appropriate for this association, maybe have Del Rio bring a bullrope ala Justin Hawk Bradshaw/Stan Hansen and have him lariot everyone.

Honestly, I wouldn't even consider this political, because I'm almost certain that this is just another publicity stunt. That said, I imagine Trump will be done by the time the Road to WrestleMania is in full swing.
Not that it would stop Vince trying to ride the fumes of his campaign into popular media.

If Donald Trump is going to be involved in WM, they should do a storyline where he insists on recreating WM V.
He wants Hogan vs Macho as the main event, and won't let anything stand in his way.

Bobby Lashley vs Del Rio then? Lashley is just finishing his latest TNA set of tapings. As he's driving home, he hears his phone ring. He looks to see the name, 'Vince McMahon' - he hurries to pull over and answer the phone. "Vince! Long time, how's things?" "Things are good, buddy. How's the TNA thi ... you know what, never mind. Let's cut to the chase; I have a proposal for you." Lashley smiles, knowing his bank account is likely to go up by a very large amount. "I'm listening." Lashley tries to hide his excitement, but struggles. "Well Lashley, we've used you in a high priority Wrestlemania match before and we're thinking of doing it again. We made a lot of money together last time and I think we can do it again. Our guys are falling like flies - Rollins, Cena, Orton - and we need you. How would you feel working an angle with Del Rio and Zeb where you and Donald Trum--" *click*

Before considering the possibility of Donald Trump at Wrestlemania, keep this in mind too:
Wrestlemania will be taking place during the thick of Primary season (so during the actual election process in America as they narrow down the candidates.) It's a grayer area before the elections begin, but WWE would be subjected to the equal time rule during the primaries, meaning if they WANTED Donald Trump to show up, they'd also have to give an equal amount of time on the Wrestlemania card to at least every other Republican candidate for the Presidency- if not EVERY person formally running for President still in the race as of Wrestlemania all the way down to that kid who put "Deez Nuts" on the ballot.
With that in mind, WWE couldn't get Trump on the show even if they wanted to just due to how infeasible it was.

They could get all the Republicans to compete for the prestigious Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale Trophy.

I know what the point of Mexamerica is. It's building to a Trump appearance, probably at Wrestlemania. I'm not sure how they'll try and keep Del Rio and Colter as heels while they preach about no hate being allowed in Mexamerica, but I would bet that Trump is appearing at Wrestlemania to oppose Mexamerica in some form. Pass.

I really wish Vince would leave his political views outside of WWE. Politics are so divisive, and every time he uses WWE as a platform to give his two cents, he risks alienating half of his US audience, and even more of his international audience. For a company that loves to boast about their broad appeal among demographics, taking a political stance is very, very stupid business.

Personally I don't care what Vince's political beliefs are.
I just never tire of seeing the reaction on his face at Linda's concession speech.

He hasn't literally said "I'm a (party here)". But, things like the walkout angle and now this MexAmerica thing make it darn obvious.
