I can't handle WWE 2K16 on my 360 knowing it is soo much better on Next Gen. So which one should I go with? Xbox not having an MLB game is already strike 1. I loved The Show back on my PS2, so I can only imagine how awesome it is now right?

It really comes down to what your preference is and whether the exclusives on either console appeal to you enough to make the purchase. I think PS4 and Xbox One are similar in price now and (questionable power of Xbox One aside), both have similar specs.

I went XBOne recently, as I prefer the controller being the biggest factor. I regret nothing, I imagine you'll be happy with either. Both good systems

I have both. My PS4 collectes a lot of dust. I enjoy some games on it but I find the Xbox one to be much more user friendly and to have the better games and all my friends are on it. Xbox live to me is a Brewer online service, now with backwards compatibility you get 4 free games a month if you have gold.

In terms of power they are really negligible. The difference isn't big enough to really matter on the whole. However individual game performance will generally favor the PS4 as that is the lead platform on nearly all the multiplatform games that aren't being made by studios with strong histories as PC game developers.
Now in terms of overall library size....there's no question, the PS4 has and will continue to have the bigger library. Mainly due to two things. 1) MS pissed off a LOT of indie developers back on the 360 so many of them have vouched to never work with MS again and are putting their games out only on PC, PS4, and sometimes Vita as well(that's how much they hate MS, they rather put their game on the slowly dying in the West Vita instead of the One). And 2) the X1 is a failure in Japan. Beyond failure even, I think it is the worst performing major home console there in a long ass time actually. As a result very few Japanese games are coming to the X1. If you like Japanese games, particularly the quirky niche RPGs and action games, then the PS4 is a must.
That all being said, I have the Xbox One, because I managed to catch GameStop doing an insane trade in value on the 360 if traded towards the purchase of an X1, so I got it for like $125. Too good to pass up man. Especially since my gaming time is slowly going down and down so I just want a system to play the latest big name multiplatform games. I personally don't care about exclusives that much right now.

I mean, there's honestly little difference. Just go with the ones your friends have so you can play with them.
I went with the PS4 because the console I used the most in the previous generation was the PS3, and I wanted to keep that up with a PS4. No regrets: it's a great console.

I used to be a big Xbox guy - I only ended up getting a PS3 because I really wanted to play MGS4. However, all that changed when I went through like 4 Xboxs in a year; they kept red-ringing and I got completely fed up with them. I had zero issues with my PS3 and zero with my PS4. All that tarnished my opinions on Xbox.

Depends which one has the most games that take to your fancy.
I personally chose the X Box one because of the Forza games.
Ps4's library of games does nothing for me.
The only game that interests me in anyway shape or form is Street Fighter 5, and that alone is not enough to make me go out and spend £300 on a new console.
So yeah, take a look at what games both have to offer, whichever one appeals to you most, go for that one.

I've enjoyed the consoles of both Sony and Microsoft over the years so I don't take sides and support one company over the other. I entered the current gen last year by getting an Xbox One, with the intention of getting a PS4 a few months later.
12 months later and I haven't gotten around to getting a PS4 as I planned, because the Xbox One is catering to all of my gaming and app needs. No PS4 exclusives have come out that hold a major interest to me, so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything by not having a PS4 right now. Not until Street Fighter 5 comes out anyway!
Watch some PS4/XBOX console comparison videos on YouTube to see which controller, interface and selection of apps, games holds the most appeal to you and go with the console that seems to most cater to your needs.
Whichever choice you make I'm sure you'll be happy. It's a win/win situation.

I'm a PS4 fan, I have been on the Sony bandwagon since the PS1. However I am not one of the one eyed fans that hope XBox fails & goes out of production. For the console industry to thrive we need at least two A-Grade consoles constantly competing for our dollar with great features & games.

Do you like other sports games? If so EA Access may tip the balance towards the XB1 especially if you like their other exclusives.
I think most other people would be better off with a PS4 though.
Although with Black Friday coming up maybe it's just best to go for whichever has the best offer.

PC MASTER RACE But seriously, I chose PS4 for 3 reasons: - I didn't like the DRM practices Microsoft were trying to enforce pre-release. Then when the pre-order numbers came in, they quickly reversed everything to try to appease to gamers. What, where we suppose to suddenly forget? - PS4 was originally $100 cheaper than the Xbox One. - I had a PS1, a PS2, but skipped the PS3 in favor of the 360. While I don't regret it, I did feel like going back to Sony this time around. Then, not too long after I purchased the PS4, Capcom announces Street Fighter V will be exclusive to PS4 (and PC, with cross-platform). That pretty much confirmed I made the right choice. But, I'll maybe get an Xbox One down the line when it's a lot cheaper, and when they have a good library of games I'd want to play. Maybe. I know you were looking for advice, but I felt like sharing my experience. At this point, you just have to check your preferences. Both are about the same system-wise.

Don't forget X1's backwards capability with X360. That might be a factor for you in deciding.
