According to the infallible Wikipedia, he did indeed use both although I never actually saw the Market Crash. Not everything was a straight up finisher-fest back then like it is today. Besides, excluding the big ones, like Savages' elbow, Hogan's leg drop, Jake's DDT, etc... who honestly remembers the finishers of most of the guys from the Rock n Wrestling era? To be fair, every other guy's finish back then was a piledriver.

Ive always considered Kurt Angle's Angleslam a Samoan Drop variation. Same goes for Shellshock. I don't know what you'd call it other than a Samoan Drop...............preceded by marching.

He also had an STF at some point. At any rate, Rotunda was awesome. As for others, Scott Steiner has done them off the turnbuckle, as well as Kanyon and I think Sting. Additionally, Viscera did the Samoan Drop as one of his signature moves. Ah Sting's Samoan Drops on Vader were awesome.

That was fun, though Sting doing it to Vader is pretty kickass. I was more just trying to remember if Sting's done it off the turnbuckle before.

That's because it was non-stop all-Overdrive action and we (as a society) decided to neuralize that one very specific detail.
